Willow was glad that her match was the last one. she tried to hold it together as she and analei tidy up saying as little as she could and not looking at anyone. she felt humiliated. as soon as things were done she headed up the stairs. to the common room. where was chante when she needed her cousin. on a spur of the moment thing she exeted the entrance hall into the gorupnd and started to run her humiliation turning into anger how the cluck had she lost. and how had diana, Dianna holland the pitch beaten her. she was in her duelling clothes which were not really ideal for running in mot as bad as her usual clothes but not the shoes weren't as supportive and after a little while she started to get hot. she kept running letting the heat fuel the rage angry tears spilling out of her eyes she brushed them away. she wanted to go somewhere alone. she took a turn when she reached the other side of the lake and climbed the steep slope to the cliffs. she stood there overlooking the water and opened her mouth to let out a scream or a yell but all that came out was a sob. why was she never good enough. why was she always second best. second to jacob in quidditch, second to analei for head girl, and now second to freaking Diana in duelling. duelling was her thing. bur she was once again not even best as club leader having to share the role with analei and now she hadn't even made it through the first round of the tournament. she wanted to hit them both for taking that away from her. she throw herself down on the grass breathing heavy from the excursion and the rage before pointing her wand at a rock she blew it up and watched as the pieces fell around it and into the lake.

Adorah enjoyed spending time at the cliffs as they were usually rather vacant from other students. It allowed her to enjoy her books or study away from the chaos of the common room, especially since her sister was currently moping about losing her duel. Even more of a plus, it was where she had really started to connect with Aisa. She had been thinking about the girl over the break, and she couldn't believe she'd been asked to the dance. Adorah had always attended the dances and balls alone, sometimes coming in contact with a few people she knew. But this time, she would get to spend time with someone the whole time, someone she liked. It had been a weird realization over the break that she did indeed have a crush on Aisa, but she wasn't quite sure how to process it. Even being asked on the date took her off guard. As these thoughts ran through her head, Adorah felt small pebbles hit the back of her neck, almost like a bee sting. She clasped her neck and turned around to look at what was there when she noticed a person and heard something hit the water. "What was that?" she called to the girl from a distance. She hadn't noticed anyone come up to the cliffs while she had been entranced in her own thoughts.

Willow waved her wand again but beofre she cast the spell she heard a shout from not very far awy. she hadnt realised that she wasnt alone as much as she wantyed to hit someone and make Diana pay for beating her she hadnt actually wanted to hurt anyone with the rock that was why she had blown up the rock to get some of her anyer out. and she certinly didnt intendt to hurt a random younger student who she had never spoken to before. "oh carp, sorry. That me blowing up a rock. I didnt mean to hurt you" she said. before casting the spell on another rock a little further away making sure that the direction of the debris would not be towards the girl. before letting out a roar. how the frick was this fair. the only hope she had ar redeeming herself was the quidditch match that was upcoming. her last one at the school she was not goign to let Gryffindor lose. but how could she lose. she had lost to diana once before but that was years ago. Duelling was her thing. she practiced in her free time. she wanted t obe an auror for merlins sake. what kind of auror lost the first round of the duelling tournament. dang would she even make it though traiing.

OOCOut of Character:
this is obviously set before the last match

Adorah was surprised to see the older student was someone familiar and that she had been the reason her neck stung. She flinched as the girl blew up another rock and stood up deciding whether to approach or retreat. As she looked closer, she recognized the hair and realized it was someone who she really enjoyed watching play Quidditch, even if they were in different houses. She wanted to tell the girl that she hoped they would win their upcoming match, but she was nervous about getting hit with rock shrapnel again. "Err - you're really good at flying!" she called. She realized how stupid it sounded after she said it, but Adorah was entranced by anyone who could last longer than 5 minutes on their broom, as she still failed miserabley and sometimes felt like less of a witch because of it.
