Quidditch Game: Beauxbatons vs Ilvermorny

Rule 2a/b(?) - keeper indicated throwing quaffle out but it hasn't been claimed after four hours

Noah wasn't going to let the French chasers have all the fun, quickly pushing forward and intercepting the quaffle when their keeper threw it back out.
 
Mailk aimed at another bludger, but it went wide.
 
Ava hit another bludger but it sailed past the Ilvermorny seeker.
 
Vincent kept flying around in search of the snitch.
 
Ava noticed another bludger flying past and gave it a whack with her bat, watching as it sailed for @Micha Kovac . She tossed her ponytail back over her shoulder as she looked around for the referee, knowing it was time for him to step in.
 
Reeve blew the whistle, bringing the game to a halt. He flew towards the young player, watching to make sure a nurse was ready for him. Noting that a nurse was, Reeve looked around for a captain to see what they would do.

Abigail had been feeling good about this match, but that feeling disappeared when she saw Micha hit again. She cursed under her breath. They needed him to win, she was pretty sure. Still, they had to keep going. Abigail flew up to the referee, a knot in her stomach as she looked at her co-captain. "We're putting in Nabi Mun." She said, fully aware that she was their only alternate and only a third year.
 
Reeve nodded his head as he made the change to the lineup card. He headed back into the air and then shouted "Game on!"

Looks like the quaffle is fair game at the moment.
 
Felicity slapped a hand against her broom in frustration as Micha took another hit, annoyance turning to concern when she heard the whistle and saw them escort Micha off the pitch. Gathering herself for a moment as Nabi was subbed in, Felicity pulled her hair back into a tighter ponytail, clipping her bangs aside so she could hit bludgers without any more distractions.
 
Noah claimed the quaffle after the break and flew off with it.
 
Eren had been too close to to the other chaser to stop him from grabbing the quaffle gritting his teeth and staying close to try impede his shot yet again.

Nabi felt her hands shake as she took to the air. She had seen the bludger hits and now she was scared of having the same thing happen to her. She didn't know if she could take three without falling off her broom. She hoped it wouldn't come to that.
 
Xenia gave a huge grin to Ava, she was playing really well. Both their beaters were, but Ava had been getting some good hits in and it had taken out one of their biggest threats. Vincent was still looking a bit shaky, but he was still in the game and Xenia had faith. She prepared herself as the Ilvermorny chaser headed back towards her, steadying her breathing.
 
Abigail was glad Noah managed to get the quaffle, she followed him closely for support.
 
Dion felt a little sheepish about the fact Micha had been taken out. He went to go take a shot back once they were playing again but had no luck, moving to try and protect their tiny seeker.
 
Ava had to admit she was quite proud of herself for knocking out the American seeker, wasting no time in hitting the first bludger she saw towards @Nabi Mun when the young girl was put into the game. Even if she felt a little bad about it.
 
They had to be with a better shot, but they could do better. He was quick to hunt for another bludger as soon as the whistle blew again.
 
Vincent hated that the other seeker was knocked out, but knew that if he wasn't careful, he was next.
 
Noah headed towards the Beauxbatons hoops and got ready to aim the quaffle before switching things up at the last second and quickly passing it to @Abigail Martin.
 
Nabi's hopes of not getting hit instantly vanished as the bludgef slammed into her and spun her halfway around, disorienting her. She groaned.
 
Abigail was a bit surprised by Noah's move, but she flew up ahead and managed to score again. She smiled at the other chaser.
 
Ava swung her bat at another bludger but the wind made it go off course and it sailed towards @Abigail Martin instead.
 
Eren was sticking close to the American, annoyed when he passed the quaffle and he wasn't able to reposition before she managed to score again. He took the quaffle from Xenia, intent to get more points on the board.
 
"Oh come on," Felicity groused when the Beauxbaton's beater immediately hit poor Nabi and then Abigail right after that. Sticking close to the seeker, she swung at the next bludger, feeling a small bit of satisfaction that she'd managed to at least hit the beater back. @Ava Hastings
 
Xenia made a mental note to get her chasers to practice passing more. She knew that the Ilvermorny captain was a better player than her, as much as she hated to admit it, and it had been smart of them to pass off to her. She tossed the quaffle back out and was pleased to see that Eren had taken it, and that Ava had managed a hit on their substitute already. They definitely weren't out of this yet.
