Plottage!! !need A Bad Bad Guy For This Plot

HI ALL,
So I have this Plot in mind and this is how it goes:

Rosie and Veronica are hanging out when they meet THE GUY who is a stranger to Veronica but Rosie knows him well.The background of THE GUY and Rosie is that THE GUY (who is supposed to be super hot) was tricked into drinking love potion and fall in love with Rosie and then they sleep together and next morning Rosie ditches him.After the effects of the love potion wear off THE GUY is seeking revenge.This happened 5 months ago.

So then the guy confronts her and Rosie couldn't care less about him.But the guy is dangerous (hopefully a death eater) and he kidnaps Veronica and tells Rosie that he will torture her if Rosie does not agree to surrender to him and he plans to torture her and spoil her face so that she looks hideous for all her life.But Veronica stabs THE GUY with a poisoned dagger which decapitates him and they escape.

So for this plot I need a guy who is 17 or above and who is dangerous (preferably a Death Eater) and who does not have any problem with the story.If you are interested please reply here :D
