what is meant by special plot requests? because i haave a plot but dont know if i need to get a plot request

Any plot which goes against the "Rules for Roleplays," or that fall under this:

Any storylines (plots) extending beyond the normal guidelines of this site must be approved by the Admin via the use of this form. This includes major events and wizarding wide events.

Should be approved.
Just review our Site Documentation for more information.
If you're still unsure, the saying "it's better to be safe than sorry" applies here. You can request approval, and if it needs no approval I'll tell you so.
