Daisuke apparently had some luck with his deliveries since some of them were starting to seemingly be easy to find. He'd asked another student to look at his list and mentioned that @Felix Layton-King could apparently be found near the Entrance Hall and that he could probably catch him if he ran fast enough. So Daisuke did, though thankfully not very far since he was coming from the Great Hall. "Felix! Felix Layton-King! Is there a Felix around here?" he kept calling out as he walked hoping that it would catch someone's attention to point him in the right direction.​

Felix still hadn't gotten his rose from Esme yet, which was weird because all his other friends had gotten them from their partners. He turned when he heard his head, a large grin on his face as this must have been the one from the Gryffindor. "Hi! I'm Felix. You have a red rose for me yeah?" He assumed, glancing down at what the younger boy was holding.​

Daisuke... had never thought he'd be in this pickle. There was no red rose in his deliveries. He was only assigned yellow and pink roses. Definitely no red. The boy in front of him however was clearly expecting a red rose. A red rose that Daisuke did not have. He had no red roses. "U-uh....." he said as he awkwardly held out a yellow rose while blushing. "I... I'm only delivering yellow and p-pink today," he said too quickly, hoping the boy would just get his rose and note and not ask Daisuke anymore about a red rose he most definitely did not have.​
