Marley was pretty much familiar with the school Quidditch players around the school, as a captain of one of the house teams, Marley felt like it was at least part of her duty to know who the other players were in a sense. she quickly decided to make her way to the Quidditch pitch to see if the alternate Gryffindor player had been there. As she was making her way down, she saw the face that she had been looking for. "Rose! Hey! Wait up! I have a rose for you!" Marley calls out happily, catching up to the younger girl, as she dug into her rose basket, looking for the right rose.

Rose stopped in her tracks when someone called her name, more than a little surprised. She had kind of hoped that her siblings would allow her to collect the roses at a later date on her own but apparently they weren't mind readers anymore. Rude. Oh well. She looked at Marley expectantly. "Oh, okay, thank you." Wow.​

Marley sent a small smile to the girl, still doing a little digging before she finally managed to find the right rose she had been given to deliver, along with a note. "Here, a pink rose for you" Marley says with a grin, wondering how the girl would react to the rose. Marley didn't read the note, but she always liked to see people's reactions to things.

Rose frowned at the ominous note. Ah - Mikael. That made sense. Well, she had something to look forward to now she supposed. Would she be going to the dance with Amory? Hm, she hoped so. She didn't think she'd ever hoped to go anywhere with anyone before. That was a new feeling. "Thank you," she said, putting the note into her pocket. She hadn't sent her cousin a rose, she didn't think he would have appreciated the sentiment, but perhaps she should have done so.​

Marley gave the girl a small grin. "It's no worries! I'll leave you to it. Enjoy your rose!" Marley says cheerfully with a wave before heading off to find her next rose delivery.​
