🌹 Rose Giving Pink is for admiration

With it being Valentine's Day, Dominic was not surprised to see the great hall so busy. He had a few names on his own list of deliveries that he had never come across before, and so he knew that he was unfortunately going to have to join them. He approached the Ravenclaw table and called out the next name on his list. "Cyrus Thorne!" he exclaimed over the crowd.

Cyrus jumped when he suddenly heard his name being called. He looked up, seeing an older boy who was delivering roses. Hesitantly, he raised his hand. "Here!" He called, wishing it didn't sound like attendance in class.

As Dominic heard a voice respond to him, he immediately turned around and spotted the Ravenclaw with his hand in the air. "Hey Cyrus!" he exclaimed, making his way over to him. "I have a rose for you." He rummaged around in his basket until he found the soft pink rose. It had a note attached to its stem. He held it out for the boy to take. "Happy Valentine's Day."
