Freya only had a few names left on her list and felt like she'd done a pretty good job at harassing students with flowers. She almost wished she could do it more often. Almost. She vaguely recognised the next recipient - she did try to make an effort to keep track of anyone who had the possibility of entering her orbit, but knew little more than his face. "Psst! Casper Beckett, rose for you!" she announced in a stage-whisper once she'd spotted the boy. It would kind of be funny to get them both kicked out of the library, in her opinion.

@Casper Beckett

Cas was lost in thought, and had taken a bit to try and hide in the library. It proved absolutely worthless as yet someone else approached him. He looked up and gave her his best smile. "Thank you," He managed, still a bit shocked that somehow there was another rose. Who on earth could have sent him one?

Freya handed over the yellow rose along with the note and smiled at Casper. "By giving this to you, I'm no longer accountable for any emotional damage caused by the contents of this delivery." she said. As fascinating as the potential fallout from letting students send proxies to communicate, Freya figured it was best to cover all her bases just in case.

Cas.
thanks for being the best left-hand man any guy could ask for. Don't ever sell yourself short. you are creative and so open to everything it hurts to see how much the world can hurt you. Remember you have friends and family who love and care very deeply for you and just want you to be safe and happy. so please don't repeat last winter.
Lin

Casper blinked at the girls words. What was she talking about? "Um... alright?" He offered slowly, taking the flower and note from her. He looked to the note, unable to help but smile warmly as he recognized the handwriting. Linden. Cas' eyes watered a bit as he read over the note. It was possibly tied to Sky's note for the sweetest one he'd received that day. He was honestly surprised with how many roses he'd gotten. Lucas, Kiara, Sky... Sebastian. And now Linden. Somehow this note felt more personal, more special. Probably because unlike Sebastian's note Cas actually believed the words written in it.

Cas was drawn from his thoughts about the note though, as he noticed the color of the rose. His smile faded and a sharp stab of guilt shot through him. Yellow. Linden had sent him yellow. And Cas had sent him a red one. Casper swallowed nervously, his guilt suddenly overriding and good feelings he may have had about the note. Had Casper made a mistake?

He hadn't meant anything by it. Red was supposed to be for people he loved, and he loved Linden. Linden had been the only one aside from his cousins that had looked for him when he'd run away. Hell, he thought Linden was the only one that knew, or even cared. But Cas wasn't in love with Linden, he didn't see the other boy romantically. He bit his lip, lost in thought as he tried to figure out just how badly he had messed this up. Of course you messed this up. All you can do is ruin anything good in your life, why would this be any different?
