"Coming!" Kiera said as she ran barefoot to the door as the doorbell ran persistently. The brunette was well aware of who was at the door, and she had been looking forward to this moment all week. Lyra and Link were back at school once more, and Jemma was staying with Cyndi and Cameron tonight so she could have some alone time with her current boyfriend, Etienne. The pain of losing Carter was almost non-existent these days. Shortly after he left her, Kiera had returned to using the name Potter like her children. She had packed up all of his belongings and had them forwarded to wherever he was now living. The brunette did her best not to consider him at all, and Etienne had done much to erase that pain she got in the pit of her stomach in the dead of night. Etienne was charming and hilarious. He understood what it was like to live your life in the public eye. He reminded Kiera of James at times because he had the same carefree attitude. It was scary how quickly they had grown together.
Etienne made Kiera happy. He had promised her a romantic evening for just the two of them. Kiera had gotten dressed up in alittle black dress that showed off her slender, fit figure. She threw open the door to reveal Etienne. "Hi!" she said, stretching up on her tip toes to kiss him on the mouth. "I just need to grab my shoes. Hold on." Kiera said, before dashing back up the stairs to her bedroom. She grabbed her heels off of her bed before returning downstairs. Kiera pulled on her shoes as she stood in front of the mirror in the entrance way. "Is this dress alright?" she asked, not certain where they were going for dinner. Tonight, Etienne had made all the plans.
