Penpals and Paper

The pen pal system advertised at Ilvermorny captured Velma's interest immediately. Albeit through letters, she was excited to meet someone knew, get to know them and hopefully understand what life could be like outside of her own little bubble that wasn't fiction written in her beloved detective novels. It was for this reason that Velma retrieved her stationary and jotted down a letter to her allotted pen pal immediately upon learning their name and school.​

Dear Allisan,

My name is Velma and I am your new pen pal! I go to Ilvermorny, my house is thunderbird and I'm in my third year. My favourite pastime is reading detective novels and creating my own adventures!

Enough about myself, I'd like to get to know you! What is your school like? What do you do in your spare time? Tell me everything!
