The boy had really surprised himself in loving Hogwarts, each part of the school had a new and magical element to it that Orwell had ended up enjoying, sure some of the professors hadn't been great but the boy was happy, happy that he had been able to come to the school, learn all that he could and make all the friends that he could. He had kept himself busy throughout his education, going a little beyond just the classes, reforming the wild patch into his own little community cell. The garden did seem far better than when he had first arrived, it seemed to have new life and he loved caring for it, the boy would be sad to see it go. But this was his final semester and he had several hard decisions to make about it and he had to sit his NEWTs too.
The NEWTs in Orwell's mind were less important, since it didn't matter how well he did, his life would always be fine, he had the privilege of his community that would always be there to support him. Of course Orwell wanted to do well but he was more concerned with other decisions he had to make, like who would be the next King or Queen of the flowers, who would take over the wild patch, there were so many great people who could take over and he wasn't sure who he wanted. He knew that it was a team effort that made it great, but he knew the school would be appointing one and he wanted to be sure that they'd know who he thought was best. He also had to decide really what his next move would be after school, he knew what he wanted to do, that much had been clear in his mind since he'd gotten to his OWLs, but Orwell who'd left the community largely behind in this new life wondered if he should even return.
The teen was sat in the mostly empty great hall, it was too late in the evening for people to still be around, curfew was just around the corner and he was one of the few left working away following dinner. Orwell had had a lot of problems with this school, and he had a lot to think about, but really Hogwarts was a magical place he would never give up for anything.
