It was a fairly warm night as Lucas looked out the window of his house in Brighton, Sussex. He hadn't gotten out of the house much this week, he had missed training once or twice and now he was going to miss his dinner reservations with Francis if he couldn't get out of the house. Vanessa was being insatiable again and it was starting to bug him. He sighed and turned away from the window, looking instead into the kitchen where Vanessa stood, swaying to the music that was playing as she prepared dinner for them. She doesn't seem to have cared about the fact that Francis would already would have been waiting there, wondering, or rather knowing where he was. She would probably only stay for a little while longer until she left. It wasn't fair onher. It really wasn't. He couldn't believe Vanessa was even being like this. What possible reason could she have for keeping him here? Didn't she like Francis? He moved over to her and kissed her on the side of the head and looked at what she was making. Chilli Chicken. Lucas nodded. He could eat that. He didn't mind it, he just didn't love it either.
"Francis is waiting, Vanessa."
He told her, moving closer to the door. Vanessa turned around and glared at him, she was about to say something, but Lucas wasn't having any of it and he leaped quickly out the door. He then made his way to the Diner he had promised to meet Francis at. Hopefully she would still be here. Please be here, Francis. Please be here.
