Returning to Hogwarts for her final year had not been what Rome had wanted to do. She would've rather leave the school, just not graduate and focus instead on getting better at spell casting, work on stances, improve herself even just a little so that she could start competing. She had decided that if she couldn't play quidditch because of some god awful people, then she would have to find another path and fighting was the only thing she could do besides from playing quidditch, so this move had made sense to her. She would not let this year go to waste, she'd practice as much as she could until she was winning with ease, she wouldn't let herself be cheated of another career path because of some people around her who were bitter about a few small incidents. It was a good thing therefore that during the last six years at the school Rome had made a total of one friend (not including her twin) and even then she hadn't spent too much time with her one friend to worry about being interrupted by anyone. Well, it wasn't really like anyone would really in this section of the school this early in the year.

Rome had come to realise that other than when the students had their events in this area it was a rather quiet place. This suited her perfectly fine. She was able to practice in peace with the dummy in front of her. She was able to warm up slowly, doing some basic spell practice, using her knowledge of non-verbal magic to do it quietly. That was her main task of that day, to improve her non-verbal magic, since as much as she'd worked hard to improve that, she was pleased with the progress that she'd made, but there was still so much that she had to do. So much that she wished to do. The slytherin teen cast a not-so-powerful reducto to her disappointment, but she focused her mind, she knew she could do this, that she could do better at the non verbal magic. She was determined and there wasn't a single person who would distract her off this path, she needed to be good at this so she had something to do once she left school.
