I have two guys who could help Anna-Jo, Orwell whose still in school and then Aspara whose a little older at 25. Both of whom firmly believe in equality for all, Orwell, organised a Protest last IC year, and organised the first HNZ LGBT+ pride event, he's an activist and will be so when he leaves school, he loves reading, and firming his own position, but is also very open to the opinion's of others and will have many an argument. He ascribes to Enivornmentalism and Anarchism primarily, so he identifies as an Eco-Anarchist. Orwell's slightly out-dated bio

The other is Aspara, Aspara is a 25 year old activist, he and Orwell are from the same community. Aspara is an activist and works with a Socialist group in Auckland New Zealand, he organises events and coordinates with different groups and sometimes the police. Aspara had a slightly tricky few years when he was nineteen, he was disowned and kicked out of the community, he works about 96% of the time, makes very little money but he loves his work, and wholly believes in it. Aspara's somewhat long Bio

Alternatively I have Yevheniy whose the leader of his own Scit sect, he definitely doesn't believe in equality for all, but he believes in superiority of blood and the freedom of knowledge from the government and ultimately for the dismantlement of the state through force and violence to achieve this.

Hmmm, both are interesting characters. And both could really shed some light into her life, right now she's mostly stuck on equality for all magical beings and with Cal she'll learn more about muggle equality. And here these two seems to argue for other causes. She's a very kind of sheltered person compared to other character's I have. She tends to see the world threw a rosy glass pane, except for the magical creatures cause. That she has been opened up to. So it'd be interesting to see how she'd handle either of these guy's activist causes. I guess I'll leave it up to you to decided on where they should go, if you have one you'd like to rp with more or something! Age wouldn't really be an issue for either character, they are both close enough that she'd feel comfortable talking to either

Hey there!

I didn't get around to posting in here earlier because I thought that I didn't have any characters that would suit yours but now I have decided that I have a couple of characters that may interest you, but they aren't the same age so if you don't think they'll suit your characters then feel free to reject my offer

Firstly I have Isabelle Vernier who goes to Beauxbatons just like Anna-Jo and is in her third year. She's very timid and shy and has just moved to the school from being homeschooled and she needs more friends to make her feel comfortable with taking public education. I was thinking that Anna-Jo could be her role model in a way. Isabelle would gladly hang around with her and her positive vibes as she needs a lot more of that in her life currently. Despite their age difference, I think they could really get along.

Then secondly I have my twins Eleanor and Lilyanna Hope. They're a year older than November and I'm not sure how she'll react to them but I guess it's always fun to find out! Eleanor is a very crazy but helpful Hufflepuff who loves all things related to nature and plants and is always trying to 'save the world'. She has a lot of energy and can be pretty embarrassing to people at times If November is up for it they could go exploring around Hogwarts and Eleanor can show her some parts of the castle. If November is also in Hufflepuff then the both of them could definitely be good friends!

Lilyanna Hope is basically the complete opposite of Eleanor. She likes to help people, but only if it gives her something in return or if it somehow shows off her intelligence. She is extremely unsympathetic and isn't the nicest person to be around. She could be a potential bully to November if you're up for that. If November ever cries or gets emotional around her then Lilyanna will get annoyed which could always make for an interesting rp If not, then Lilyanna is extremely interested in muggles so maybe November could teach her some of the muggle ways of living? Lilyanna is very selective with the people she talks to though so it may take a lot of hard work to warm up to her properly.

So Birdie, Alaska Waterhouse is going to be setting up a post in the buying books forum and it should be open if you want to join us there? Or we can have another plot for our characters alone, say buying school robes or something.

It would be easier with Aspara whose obviously older and can move around a lot more easily, so it would be easier for them to meet. I still kind wonder how they'd meet, other than if he was sent to France for some reason for his work and was helping an activist group there, or speaking at some meeting, which she might attend. Because of school, Orwell is pretty limited in terms of movement, so it might be difficult for him to move around to meet Anna-Jo, unless we established that they knew each other from someone else. It would be easier with Aspara whose obviously older and can move around a lot more easily, so it would be easier for them to meet. Yeah, it might be hard really to get any of them in a plot thing together, but it does interest me. Hmm, maybe for break she could have been invited to NZ to see one of the activist groups? Having been referred by a person she met in France that new a person in the group or something?

Yeah for sure! We can do a plot with Anna-Jo and Isabelle, she gets along with most people and wouldn't mind hanging out with someone a few years younger than her!


I'm really rooting for Hufflepuff, so it'd be great for her to have a friend in her house that's already been there, especially coming in as a muggleborn! So Eleanor would be awesome! I guess we will know more once sorting happens really!

But for now we can get on with A&I! Want to start, or shall I?
