If there was one thing that Beth really struggled with, it was dancing. Every princess should know how to dance, she thought. She'd gotten a book from the library, read it about ten times, and now she was in the arts room. She turned on a radio she found. Beth was humming along absently, watching her feet as she tried to dance (a little clumsily) on her own. One, two, three, four, She counted, stumbling a little every few steps but pushing on stubbornly. She held her hands in the air- one where her imaginary partners shoulder was and the other out for where she would hold their hand. She'd get this soon- one way or another.

Jun wandered into the conglomerated arts room, thinking to himself that he needed some new arts supplies. Usually he ignored it when someone else was using the room - mind his own business, and they'd mind theirs - but he stopped in his tracks to watch this girl. There was something charming about it that Jun couldn't describe, and didn't know if he wanted to. Maybe that'd ruin the magic of it. He stood, dumbfounded as he watched her dance as though she had a partner. He stepped forward unintentionally. "Do you want..." he started, uncharacteristically not thinking it through, then felt a moment of uncertainty. He covered it with a smile. "Do you need a partner?" he offered charmingly, profering a hand.

Beth jumped a little at the unexpected voice, having not even heard someone else approach. She spun, a hand flying up to her throat. After a split second she giggled airily, brushing her hair behind her ears. "Oh my gosh, hi, I'm sorry, I didn't hear you come in." She explained, stepping forward and slipping her hand a little shyly into his offered hand. "Thank you, I would really love a partner. It's hard trying to learn to dance on your own. Especially if you aren't that good at it," She admitted, thinking a good princess always admitted to their faults while doing their best to improve upon them.
