Zaros had taken to exploring the castle a bit more, feeling lost if he didn't keep moving. He was humming, and after an hour or two in his wandering, he found himself by the forest. Zaros was hesitant, not quite ready to foray into the depths of the trees just yet. He didn't want to circle back just yet either, so instead he started walking along the edges of it, hands in his pockets. He was trying to look into the forest to see if he could notice anything, see anything moving in the shadows through the trees.

Osiris Vale knew the edge and a little bit more of the Forbidden Forest like the back of his hand. He knew where to not cross. Even if he was still breaking the rules, he knew that his life was still very valuable. He moved through the trees and collected a few twigs to see if he could use them for good kindling. He glanced to the side to see that there was someone in his year just roaming the edge of the forest, peering in. Ozzy was above just doing a jump scare, so he poked his head out of the edge of the forest and called out to him, "You aren't going to find anything just looking in." Ozzy knew that he was right on the matter, since looking was not the same as taking action.

Zaros was surprised to hear a voice and turned, blinking as a boy was peeking out of the trees. Zaros recognized him from classes. He thought a moment. "Osiris?" He asked slowly. The boy was a different house- Slytherin, perhaps? But Zaros had never really spoken to him before. He turned completely and took a small step towards his classmate. "You're probably right. Have you found anything?" He asked, curious.

He was named. Ozzy did not seem frightened at this at all - he expected to eventually be spotted by the other boy, though he was not sure if they spoke enough to be on a first name basis. Right, classes were all combined now. Zaros, he remembered. And that was all that the third year remembered. Ozzy remained where he was. Ozzy glanced around at the trees at the question, and then shook his head, “No, not really. But I am not dumb enough to go too deep into territory that does not belong to the school.”

Zaros was quiet a moment, thinking, before nodding slowly. "That's smart," He agreed. He studied the forest a few moments before looking to Osiris again. "What are you doing in there?" He asked, trying to keep his tone more friendly. He'd thought perhaps if he could get a better tone, then perhaps he could get past the way he struggled with his words. "Perhaps I could help."
