On The Edge - Need Ideas.

Troy has been on the edge of evil for a long time. He has managed to remain polite until now, but i want something to happen to him which pushes him over the edge and makes him evil. I'm thinking maybe someone to annoy him somehow, or someone who won't give him his way. Any Ideas?
