Drake wondered the halls of Beauxbatons. He was hating his life right now, by a very large margin. It wasn't that Beauxbatons was a down right horrible place, it was just that it wasn't the same school Justin was attending, which was what made Drake automatically hate it. Now, because of his stupid mother, who had magically decided that she wanted to be a part of his and Justin's lives, he had to be taken from his fathers and brother and was sent here. To Beauxbatons. A French school, where French people attended, French people that spoke French, suprise suprise. It wasn't that Drake couldn't speak French, it was just that he couldn't speak it well, at all. He frowned as he past a mirror. Justin. He regretted the desicion to go with his mother, he regretted it so much, but he had to, or his fathers would have lost both his brother and himself, and Justin was far too stubborn to leave the country to live with their mother, Drake wasn't entirely sure why Justin hated her as much as he did, though he had to admit, he wasn't fan of the woman either, she made Drake want to throw her off a building sometimes, she was so clungy with him and was always going on about what a horrible person his father was. To Drake's knowledge, his father was a damn good father, she was the horrible parent, the only reason why she got custody of him was because his father wasn't married and she was, and Drake had volunteered to go if it would settle the ungoing feud that was his parents. It sucked being the good son, it sucked being the more responsible twin, it sucked being him, full stop.
Drake sighed as he passed another surface that reflected his appearence perfectly. Justin. Damn it! Why was this school so reflective? It was so stupid. He needed to find Daniel, he was the only person he knew here, even if Daniel had the ability to step on every nerve that resided in Drake's body, he was the only family he had here, and Drake wanted him by his side, even if he was probably going to be a mexican jumping bean, he didn't care, he wanted family, he wanted someone to speak proper English with, or even Native American, he had been picking that up again after he realised that his mother hated everything about his father, that included his Native American heritage, which made Drake suddenly fall in love with the whole idea, he was even fully embracing his spirit animal and always 'prayed' to it, though he knew that you couldn't pray to your spirit animal, his mother didn't know that.
Drake continued to grumble along the halls of the bright school he found himself in, he didn't like it, not at all, he wanted Hogwarts back. He wanted his old life back, the one that did not include his mother, that was a nice one. He would give anything to go back to Hogwarts New Zealand, absolutely anything, except maybe having to send Justin here, because he would probably end up blowing up the school or something out of hatred, he had always had a short temper, and could be considered dangerous when angry. He sighed and crossed his arms across his chest stubbornly. He was going to stand right here until the end of the year, he wasn't going to move. He was going to go on a hunger strike. It was done. He was not going to leave this spot until his stupid mother decided to end the stupid feud and ship him back to New Zealand, to Hogwarts, to his real family.
