Red for @Jordan Harris

Angel did not realize the task it entailed when she signed up for the rose deliveries. This would mean hunting down people and going up and down the stairs numerous times. She thought she would just find them in the Great Hall and with that plan, she took out the chalkboard that she brought from home and her set of colored chalk. She wrote the name of the recipient and held it up, walking around the tables until someone would call her. The board was not needed for this delivery but she just enjoyed scribbling their head boy's name in a creative way. She made her way to where he was and just pretended not to know or see him.

Jordie had stopped by for some quick food when he noticed a cute chalkboard with his name on it. "Oooh, that's me!" He called to her, waving with a bright smile. "That's gorgeous, I love it," He complimented her board.

Angel chuckled as she hurried over to Jordan with her basket and her board. "Glad you like it.", she replied, taking the rose from the basket. She had the note stick to the stem so it was easy for her to see which went to who. "This is for you.", she handed it to him.

Jordie! I'm so proud of you, you're the best!

Jordie chuckled, taking the rose and glancing at the note. "Aww, thanks," He looked up to her with a smile. "You're... one of Kira's nieces or something, aren't you?" He asked, struggling to remember the family tree. "My older sister is Sapphire, who is Kira's cousin, who's brother in law is Jason, who's brother is... Damien your dad?" He asked, looking to her with his brow furrowed as he hopped through everything in his head.

Angel smiled as Jordan quickly glanced over the note. Then, as he went over the family tree, she could not help but giggle. "Yep, you got that right.", she nodded, happy hops on her feet. "That makes you my uncle too. My uncle is a head boy!", she announced happily. This just made her first year even better, with cousins and relatives all around, with a head boy to top it off.

Jordie blinked. "It does?" He laughed lightly. "Well then, I guess you really better behave," He teased her lightly. "How are you liking school so far?"

Angel nodded happily. "It does!", she replied. Take it from Angel to be happy to be related to a prefect or even a head boy. "I have to behave? How can I wander about the corridors at night if I behave?", she asked teasingly with a sheepish smile. "School's school. I'm more interested in Quidditch and the fun stuff. Classes are a bit boring, to be honest.", she replied with a mischievous smile, playing with the edge of her chalk board.

Jordie chuckled. "Well the only way you can do that is with an escort," He countered, giving her a playful wink. "Not just any time, of course. That would have to be on the rare occasion, in case you say, got lost or fell asleep in the student lounge and needed an escort back to your dorm." He offered easily. He couldn't encourage bad behavior, after all.

Angel playfully pouted. "It won't be a delightful stroll if I have an escort, will it?", she teased. "I heard my mom even went to the forest when she was here.", she added in a whisper before giggling. Danielle told the story to them when they were out getting their things for their first year.

Jordie chuckled, shushing Angel. "Now, now. I can't be encouraging any reckless behavior, now can I?" He teased her, running a hand through his hair. "Subject change, how are your deliveries going?"

Angel giggled some more, nodding enthusiastically. At Jordan's question, she let out a dramatic sigh. "I didn't know I'll be hunting people for this task!", she whined but jokingly. "Have you tried delivering roses when you're a first-year Jordie?", she asked.

Jordie chuckled. "I think I did," He offered easily. "But hey, if you get lost you could always check a yearbook?" He offered. "It has names and faces and houses," He gave her an easy smile.
