Not exactly away

During my cricket tour in Australia, I was smacke don the head with a cricket ball and knocked out, I am alright, but my head has swollen up ( the lump) and it is really really sore. I do not know if I will be away for a few days, but I might be if you know what I mean ? as the pain is throbbing.
