Evan was feeling that the castle was too much to handle for him. All this "magic" around and these excited faces made him want to just explode and not be here. It wasn't like he wanted to be that negative kid here, Evan just wasn't feeling that everyone should be that excited - after all this is a school and everyone had to learn. People were so annoying and he wasn't surprised, why he didn't talk to pretty much anyone during his childhood before Hogwarts. Some kids were alright, but most of them were just.. meh and he could do nothing about it. Evan thought that he should at least try and keep neutral relationship with kids in his house, so that at least he had someone to talk. It wasn't like Evan didn't want to talk, he wanted to make friends, just a lot of people were so arrogant in his opinion.

Young Slytherin kid decided to head out to the great lawn and just enjoy his time outside. It was a pretty sunny day, so he just laid on the ground and looked up. He had to figure out what to do..

Finn couldn't believe his misfortune. He'd always known, just like his parents, that Tobe-Mae was a witch, but he'd strenuously denied the possibility whenever it was raised. Tobe-Mae was already perfect. She didn't need magic. That was Finn's thing. That was what made Finn special. Now the only thing he had going for him was that he was the only boy, and there was always the risk that could change. With Tobe-Mae coming to Hogwarts, it was only a matter of time before their parents got lonely and decided to adopt again. Maybe they'd get another boy this time, to make up for the disappointment of the first.

Needing some time alone - or at least some time away from Tobe-Mae, William, and Alice - Finn decided to take a walk in the gardens. He missed his online buddies already. They thought he was cool. And they didn't even know he was a wizard. It just wasn't fair. Why did everybody hate him so much? What had he ever done wrong?

Lost in thought, Finn almost tripped over a figure supine on the grass. "Hey!" he said, a little testily. "Uh, not a cool place to lie, mate. What are you doing?"

As he was lying in the sun on the ground, suddenly a boy decided not to look around and almost tripped over Evan, then offering him a "Hey". Before answering, Evan got up from his laying position and sat on the ground, looking at the boy. - Not a cool place to lie? Evan looked at him, saying it in his cold voice tone, not to show him that he was overly friendly as most people in this school were. - Not a cool place to "hey" everyone around, Before the boy got chance to answer, Evan decided that he had to say something too, as if it was that this kid was perfect and Evan was already doing something wrong by just laying on the ground in the middle of the lawn. This kid seemed older than Evan, meaning he probably would start this "oh, but I'm older and I know everything around and you don't" kind of stuff.

What Evan realised, that maybe he could actually have a friend who is older, who could tell everything about the school, professors and answer all his questions, if he had some. He wasn't feeling like making friends, but maybe he had to.
- Nothing, Evan remembered that he forgot to answer his question while he was thinking about this student being a possible person who could show and help him around by showing directions, shortcuts and whereabouts.

Finn raised an eyebrow. Someone had got up on the wrong side of bed this morning. Maybe he hadn't even been to bed - maybe that was why he was taking an impromptu nap in the middle of the lawn. "Hey, I'm a fourth year. Didn't anyone ever tell you to respect your elders?" Kids these days. "Are you a first year?"
