(Open after Soho posts with Lilith Montgomery)

Caleb stood in the great hall and was starting to feel a bit silly as he tried to find his date. It was his very first school dance and he had thought signing up to get a date sounded like fun until now as he scanned the room again. He hadn't wanted to get very dressed up but he figured he should at least put on a tie for the occasion. He started to pull on it now as regretted not making plans to meet up with his date in a specific spot, and he started to question if going with a date at all was a good idea. At least if he was on his own he could do whatever he wanted. Caleb was starting to get bored now and sighed. Eventually he cupped his hands to his face and shouted into the crowd of people all milling around. "Lilith?!" he called out. "Lilith Montgomery your date is waiting for you." he called out again and waited for someone to respond.

Lillith was running a little late to the yule ball. There wasn’t a specific reason for her being late, she had just lost track of time while looking at herself in the mirror. She walked briskly to the great hall and hoped that her partner hadn’t waited too long. Lillith could hear her name being called out and tried her best to locate her date amongst the crowd. “Hi! Hi! I’m Lillith! Sorry about being late!” Waving her hand wildly. Lillith didn’t know her date, but she only hoped he would like dancing. She missed out on that part of the yule ball last year. ”Are you Caleb?” She asked with a grin. He seemed younger than her, maybe a second year?

Caleb sighed and lowered his hands but a a second later he saw hands waving in the distance. He tried to poke his head above the crowd to get a better look but even on his toes he couldn't see much until she was right in front of him. "Oh hi!" he said excitedly as he finally spotted his date. "It's alright." he shrugged. "Yeah, and you're Lilith?" he asked, a bit redundantly and pointed his fingers at her. "So do you want to dance or something?" he asked tentatively and pointed over to the dance floor. It seemed like fun but it was a little daunting too. He assumed the point of a dance was to dance but he wasn't exactly sure.
