Branson had invite Blair to come to his house before everything had happened at the yuleball and while of course it didn't mean he wanted her there any less than he had before, but he wasn't sure about where they stood. He liked her, and he was sure that she liked him, but they hadn't mentiioned the kiss or the feelings since, and even in the planning for this, nothing had seemingly changed. He knew people kissed and didn't get together but he wanted to get together with Blair but wasn't sure if she wanted to. SHe liked him, but she was older and maybe she would still rather not be together. He pushed all of it out of his mind as he knew she'd be arriving soon. He was pretty pleased that everyone else had gone out. He wouldn't have minded Blair meeting his dad or his sisters, but it was just easier if they were alone. He had made sure his mum had got them some snacks and some drinks and it was lovely and sunny out so they'd be able to go outside. He just had to wait until she appeared.

Blair was pretty nervous to go to Branson's house, she knew that they had planned it before everything, however, it didn't make her any less nervous. She liked Branson, honestly liked him, tho, she was scared to be in a relationship so fast, she wanted to know if the known crushes would change anything between them. All those feelings made her anxious that she would eventually lose him and she didn't like the thought of it, also, she just simply wasn't used to even considering whether she wanted to be in a relationship or not, for her whole she was absolutely sure that relationship wasn't something she wanted to have, and there she was. Trying to figure out how it was gonna go and well, this time she decided that she will go back to these thoughts when she will be back home.

Blair was finally visiting Branson, it felt cool to have a friend of so long time, a friend she managed to get when she was in Hogwarts at her first year there. And here they were now, they were just about to have even been to each other's houses. With that thought, Blair knocked on the door, excited to meet Bran.

Branson heard the knock at the door, and he froze up a little. He knew this was Blair there was no one else due to come round and he was sure no one else was would. He smoothed down his outfit and then went to the door. He opened it and smiled. A part of his brain told him to lean in for a kiss but the other part of it told him no and he listened to the latter part of his brain. He just smiled, "Hey Blair!" he stood out the way of the door, and motioned for ehr to come inside. "How are you?" he asked with a friendly tone. "It's just us here today, my parents went out with the twins,"

Blair had no idea what to expect, so when he greeted her like they always did before the kiss, she felt a bit more relieved, this way she knew how to act. "Hey," she excitedly smiled at him and then came in once Bran gestured her to do it. She chuckled when he said that it was gonna be only a two of them for that day. "Oh, sounds cool!" She sweetly smiled at him and then answered to the first question. "I'm fine, we were at the Ballet yesterday, so still a bit overwhelmed," she lightly chuckled again. It wasn't a secret that Blair loved to watch ballet as much as she liked dancing it. "And you?" She asked before looking around, she liked his house, it was way more comfy than her house, she liked it way more than her own house.

Branson smiled at her, and when she didn't act any different from how they'd been in the past, he just decided if she wasn't going to bring it up again then he wouldn't. He didn't want to say anything if she wasn't. He nodded, "Oh wow!" Branson had never been to the ballet but he knew it was a rather fancy affair. "What ballet was it?" he asked, since he was sure that was something that people asked. "Oh good! I'm good!" he told her. He was good and he hadn't really been up to much, since there wasn't much to be getting up to. "What do you wanna do first?"

For Blair ballet wasn't anything as fancy anymore, she and Stefan went there once every week when she was home, however, she wasn't going to say it out loud. When he asked what ballet it was, she excitedly smiled. "Oh, it was Swan Lake! And it was honestly amazing," Blair wasn't even trying to hide how excited she was about it, however, it was fast when she switched to the next theme. "Oooh, maybe you could show me around?" she offered what they could do, she didn't exactly know what else they could do, she had never been there before. She was quite literally up for anything that they had there or for what Bran was going to offer.

Branson had heard of swan lake and certainly would know some of the music from it, but admittedly the story itself wasn't one he knew. He'd read books it had been argued to be based around but there was no book for it. "That's cool!" he nodded, before motioning for her to follow me. "Dad's been living in this house since he was a kid, it's grown with magic," he said. He brought her upstairs, showing her the twin's bedroom, motioning to his parents, then the bathroom and finally his room. It was decorated fine, a little on the messy side still, and where he probably should have a book shelf were just several large piles of books. "This is my room," he knew his house was a far cry from Blair's the room itself was not that big and there was definitely no library or balcony as Blair's home had had.
