Closed Night Out

[Kaia Stark]

Kaia was glad that she had managed to invite Louis to the ball because first, she had a date, second, she found him extremely cute. Tho, they had decided to come here only as friends because she didn't even bring that up to anyone. And if tonight was gonna go fine, she was considering to talk about it with Jenna as she knew that she had no other friends to talk about it apart for Jenna since she had no other girl friends. Yet, Kaia just hoped that the night was gonna go well, she was waiting at the entrance, waiting for Louis to come over. Kaia had on a white dress with blue floral prints and white heels, she was feeling pretty this night.

Louis didn't mind attending the Yule Ball. It was a night where he could just hang out with some friends before a nice break from school, and so when Kaia had suggested that they go together, Louis was more than happy to do so. The boy dressed in his usual tuxedo and headed down to the Entrance Hall to find her. He smiled as he saw her waiting and quickly approached her. "Nice dress!" he said genuinely, hoping she didn't mind the compliment. Some people's dresses were boring, but Louis liked the floral pattern on hers. "Wanna go inside?" He gestured to the door of the Great Hall where many other people were heading.

Kaia excitedly smiled at Louis once he came down and even complimented her dress. She turned around, showing it off while laughing lightly and then put a stroke of her hair behind her ear. "Your tuxedo looks good," she complimented him back. She hoped that he would offer his arm for her to take but he didn't and just offered to go in. "Yes, that's why we are here. Let's go to the dance floor?" she excitedly offered, still feeling a bit freaked out on how she was gonna dance on the heels.

Louis just shrugged when Kaia said his tuxedo looked good. He had worn the same one for the last few years as he simply wasn't bothered, but he was glad that someone was appreciating it. "Thanks." he said simply, grateful for her compliment. As Kaia said that dancing was why they were there, Louis found it hard to agree. He didn't always dance at the Yule Ball, but he supposed that since Kaia would then he would. "Sure, sounds fun!" he exclaimed, holding his hand out so she could take it. He lead her onto the dance floor, opting to stick for the side rather than the middle. He began moving in time with the music, happy to just fit in with the rest of the people around them. "Have you ever gone to the Yule Ball with someone before?" Louis asked curiously, wondering if she had any other friends she had done this with.
