Ok, I think the new system is interesting, but I was just wondering, so can Unsorted Students have accounts easier now? So we can pay for graphics and things like that?

Yes, assuming we transferred to this new system any unsorted student would receive their 400 galleons as soon as they registered to the AIO.

No, you have to use their Member ID.
What is their member ID? Go to their profile page. For instance Hoshi's is http://hogwartsnewzealand.com/profile/3015246/
Their member ID are those numbers at the end. So Hoshi'a member ID is 3015246 .
