New kid on the streets

Ok so he's not meant to be the new kid. This is Tobias, he's 19 years old and was in Ravenclaw back when he did go to hogwarts. I would like him to be able to roleplay with some people please whether they would be friends or enemies, you can pick um yeah, any volunters would be appriciated.

He is the fun loving type and he is greek. He has alsop just applied for a job in the Hog's head if that shows anymore of what he's like, so fingers crossed. Thanks
