Eve is another person on this site (as many people do have multiple accounts) and so, yes, Eve is still active. However her role player is more than busy and I fear has not had the time to sign in as Eve in a fair while.
You should both note, however, that with Kailey Paramore being a metamorphmagus and it being such a rare gift it will be unlikely that there will be a second one in the school, so the chances of you being approved may not be very great.

But Kira, you have to understand as Nick, says people in RL get busy, they may have problems and just dont physically have the time to get on, or she may have other characters, and be busy rp'ing with them,
