Open Maybe No Trouble?

Liusaidh never needed to go to these dances with others, she tended to get in fights at them, which was not reflective on who she was as a person, she always tried her best and the best was not always good. The slytherin did still always go though, she didn’t see any reason to not go until she got banned. She walked into the hall with purpose and immediately grabbed some snacks, not minding who she was swiping them out from under. She went to where others were dancing and while others were dancing began to eat her snacks. It would be a good night and maybe this time she wouldn’t get into any hassle.​

Ryan still wasn't sure what the fuss about Valentine's was all about. He didn't even like chocolate or sweets that much. Still, he wondered if he'd eventually get it if he kept showing at the school dances. Or at the very least it was interesting watching all the students milling around.

He'd been scanning the crowd for a bit when he spotted a girl he vaguely recognized standing out in the middle of the dance floor. Ryan was pretty sure she was one of the kids with a reputation for trouble and he wondered if she was up to anything or just really hungry, watching her eating for a moment before he approached her. "I don't think this is a good spot to be eating," Ryan said matter-of-factly, motioning to some nearby dancing students in case the girl hadn't noticed.

Liusaidh looked at the boy who stopped in front of her and she frowned. ”How no?” she asked sharply. She wasn’t sure how it would be a bad thing, and who would really care, magic would prevent all manner of bad things from happening for sure. She didn’t know this boy, she couldn’t be certain that they were in the same year together but she knew that she didn’t know a lot of the people in her year so that might not be hard. ​

Ryan took a minute to parse the girl's question, glancing at the students around them and back to her. "You're in the way," he said, having to step away himself as someone brushed past to get out on the dance floor. "Also it's probably rude to get crumbs on the floor," he added after a moment of thought. He knew his sister would flip if he went anywhere near her with some of the chocolate-y things available on the snack table while she was all dressed up. "You're supposed to wait an hour before doing exercise after eating anyway," Ryan finished, content with his pretty conclusive argument.

Liusaidh looked around her and then to the crumbs on the floor before shrugged. ”No yer no,” she retorted to his last part, ”ye can go around and no its no rude,” Liusaidh answered all of the questions and finished it by taking another bite of her food. She purposefully made sure that she was a little messy as she did so, keeping her gaze firmly on him as if to dare him to do something about it.​
