Shane had a date to the yuleball but after a brief few dances with her, Shane had broken off. He was happy to play the side interest, happy to help make someone else jealous but he wasn’t going to go out of his way with her, he didn’t need to, and he felt like he’d done his job. He’d dressed nice, taken a picture with her, and danced with her, there wasn’t much else he had to do. He couldn’t let her get too attached, so he was looking for something to do, someone to speak to or anything. The boy was pretty keen, he was dressed nice and just wanted any opportunity to speak to a pretty girl or boy and dance even more of the night away, to kiss someone else, to just have more fun, time was in abundance to him and so were the people, and this was the sort of night when people were looking for that easy distraction from life and Shane was always happiest to be it. The teen was looking around hoping to speak to anyone who would be open to him, he was always able to easily flirt so it wasn’t going to be hard. He just needed to see what was going on.
