It was a nice day. Not too hot, not too cold, just right for young Renesmee Montoya She was at school and waiting for her boring teacher to stop talking so she could go to Lunch! Why won't Mr Smith let us out? she thought huffing slightly. I'm staaaaarviiiiiiing. She moaned slightly and when Mr Smith wasn't looking she banged her head on the table in a 'Your Boring Me' way. He was going on about 'Mathematics being an art'. Though Nessie highly disagreed. "It's ok, Nessie, you can get through this." she whispered to herself, but unfortunately Mr Smith heard her and brought her to the front of the class, and in the seat below the heating system. Now it was a hot day for Renesmee.

Thankfully the bell went and Nessie practically jumped from her seat and ran outside to the cool fresh air, lunchbox in hand, heading for usual spot. It was a nice spot on the lavender filled field, where the trees just made enough space for her, and her old best friend, Nicola. Nicola had moved away a year ago, and it broke Nessie's little fragile heart. They both cried, but when Nessie was invited to her birthday party, all the way in America, she felt hurt. Nicola already had some new beat friends, and they were horrid to Renesmee, and the worst thing was Nicola laughed at her and told her she wasn't welcome anymore. She sent the invitation by mistake. Nessie let a tear drop from remembering that day. She hated it with all her heart and soul.

Opening her lunchbox, Nessie saw a jam sandwich, some cucumber, an apple, a small bag of cookies and some eggs to share with her friends, bit she didn't have any friends, except that one girl Anita. And Anita didn't really speak that much and didn't like to get dirty, like Nessie does. Nessie spotted a girl and beckoned her over, hopefully about to make friends.

Jasmine was in her English classroom in her school. She hated school and kicked herself inwardly for not agreeing to being home-schooled for her younger years with her brothers and sisters. It was a hot day, and although Jasmine was too shy to say so or do something about it, she would much rather be outside, lapping up the sunshine and letting her thoughts wander as far as they wanted whilst finding the peace of the heat relaxing around her. Sighing audibly at the thought, she smiled at Rose who sat next to her. Rose was and had been Jaz's best friend for whoever knew how long, but there was one huge problem - Rose wasn't a witch and wasn't going to Hogwarts New Zealand with her. When Jasmine had first gotten her letter, she had been ecstatic, what with being the first member of her family to go there. Her elder siblings were all home-schooled apart from Tessa, who went to Beauxbatons.

Jasmine had always known that she had magical blood, and the letter didn't come as a surprise, but more as a relief for the fact that she was actually admitted to the school now. It had caused a family argument sadly though, because her elder brothers had always teased her, telling her that she was going to turn out to be a squib and unable to do magic. Smiling to herself at the idea that she had proved them wrong without saying anything, she breathed a sigh of relief as the lesson finished. Rose had to go and get some lunch from somewhere else, and Jasmine waved goodbye to her as she waded her way through the masses of students, all eager to go outside and soak up the sun whilst they still could before the lunch break finished. Grabbing her bag to her so it didn't break, Jasmine sighed aloud again, but no one heard her. It seemed that no one ever heard her or even noticed her because she was so quiet and never put herself out to be talking to anyone unless they began the conversation. She could easily sneak around and go where she wanted, if she had the courage to do that, but she never had found the courage.

Finally reaching the outside world where she found she belonged, Jasmine made her way to the trees to sit in the shade whilst eating her lunch, and then she could move to the sun. As she sat down, opening her lunch box and eating a ham sandwich, Jaz mused to herself at how strange her family's decision to send her to school had been. Not only that, but they had sent her to a school full of muggles - the thing that they all despised. Having grown up in this environment, Jasmine had always been cautious of the group of people who couldn't do magic, but her parent had made an obvious mistake in sending her to the school. If they thought that it would put her off muggles, they had been wrong. Completely wrong. If anything, Jasmine found herself drawn to the breed and people, who had managed to survive life without magic. It was a miracle really, something that was amazing! Smiling to herself as she watched a game of skipping going on, she closed her eyes momentarily, losing herself to her imagination.

Opening her eyes a few moments later with the feeling that someone was watching her, she scanned her dark eyes around, taking in her surroundings and the brightness of the sun that left patches of light in her vision after having her eyes closed for so long. Seeing a girl, who looked about her age but obviously from the other half of their year group, Jasmine smiled faintly, her shyness returning after the moment of defiance in her head. Looking behind her to check that it was indeed her that the girl was waving to, she stood up cautiously. Brushing the grass off her legs, she picked up her bag and wandered over slowly. Hovering near the said girl, Jasmine lowered her gaze, a shy bubble around her suddenly appearing. Waiting for the other girl to say something, she remained standing, unsure whether she was truly welcome or not.

Renesmee smiled widely when te girl ame over. Nessie need some friends, as she only had Anita. "You can sit, you know, if you want too!" Nessie hurried the first statement, not wanting to be bossy. Nessie offered some of her chocolate to the girl. "Renesmee. It's pronounced Ren-Ez-May, or Ruh-Nez-May. My parents call me different things. Call me Nessie if you want."

Nessie thought about her parents. They were very young when thy had Nessie and her brother, and were only twenty-nine now. Edward and Bella. Although Nessie never knew her fathers parents as hee was adopted at 3 months, and it always fascinated Nessie.

Nessie spotted another girl, calling the other girl who was with her. Apparently her name was Jazz? "Jazz? Is that your name?"
