Javarius walked the busy streets with his head down and hood up. It was night, and he needed to find a place to sleep. His clothes were muddy and wet. Javar had been living like this for three years. He did not know how he had managed to make it this long. Ever since he had stowed away on a cruise from Australia to New Zealand he had been living like this. He hated his adopted parents. They did not understand why he was so reclusive, and why he refused to get close to anyone. He decided to run away. Just last year he dropped out of Durmstrang. His adopted parents were rich, and they could give him any and everything he wanted. They forced him to call them mother and father, but Javar could not get his real mother out of his head. She abandoned him at an orphanage in Australia when he was six. His mother was beautiful woman. Her blonde hair was always curly and in some type of pretty hairstyle. Her skin was pale, but she always managed to pull it off. His mother abandoning him still had an effect on him. He could never get over it. He dreamed about his mother every night. He wished he could see her again. He wished he could feel his mother's embrace once more. "You are going to stay here now, okay my love?" her last words were like daggers in his heart. Javar sat down in front of a small building. It had started to rain. He pulled his knees to his chest. He stared at the hard cement floor.

Chyou Jin boiled in anger, her eyes were red, she hated what she saw. She hated seeing Devlin talking to other girls instead of killing them. The only reason why Chyou decided to apparate to New Zealand was because she had a big fight with him and she didn't want to clean up the mess. The house was a mess, chair was smashed up into pieces and blood was spread everywhere. This wasn't the first time she tried to hurt her loved one, she knew nothing about not harming other people. That was her nature, hurting other people physically. She couldn't control herself when she was angry. "Whatever" She muttered as she continued walking down the empty foggy street. The blood of hers dripped as she walk, making a trail. The rain started pouring heavily, Chyou continued walking until it was too heavy that she could see nothing. She reach to her pocket and saw her broken wand "Great" She said sarcastically, she must've broke it in an accident. Knowing that she couldn't apparate back, Chyou continued walking until he stumbled or something... Or was it someone? "What the h3ll" She said as she looked down and found a golden haired boy sitting down all by himself. "What are you doing?" Normally Chyou would continue walking, not caring what she saw, but not this time, she wanted Devlin to feel what she felt.

Javarius had closed his eyes. He tried to drift off to sleep, but he just could not. He was freezing and the night before some on mugged him and stole the backpack full of his supplies. He could have used magic to defend himself, but Javar was sure it was a muggle, and he did not want to break any laws by using magic on a muggle. He was fierce when he fought anyway. He would have used to worst spell he could think of curse the idiot. He just didn't though. He shivered in the rain until he was knocked over. He fell hard on the ground hitting his shoulder. A sharp pain went up his arm. "Sh!t!" he cried out. He laid on the ground for a few moment before he sat back up holding his arm. "What the f*ck does it look like? I am trying to sleep!" he hissed at the girl. She was dripping some blood, but Javar did not mind. He stood up, and he looked down at the girl. She looked like she had just had a fight with someone. He was not looking for a fight, but if this girl did not leave him be he would hurt her. The girl gave off a dangerous aura, but he would do the same thing too.

It seemed like Chyou Jin was so much smaller than the boy, she had eating disorder and she was short. She knew that this boy could hurt her anytime he wanted and just like Devlin he could break each bone of hers easily if she didn't fight back. But Chyou was far from terrified, first of all she had a lot of experience according to injuries, secondly she was allowed to use magic outside school, third she was strong, so much stronger than any other girls even though she was so much thinner than most girls. The young girl kneel down and locked her brown eyes on his, there was no emotion on her face, she believed that showing emotion was a weakness. "Sleeping? Or weeping?" She said in an insulting manner. Chyou had seen these eyes before or at least his eyes reminded him of someone... But who? Show no emotion She thought to herself as she stood up, ready to leave this boy alone. Never before Chyou talk to strangers, but she was about to have some fun, she knew that another big fight will happen soon in the house of hers but she didn't care. If he could make her feel miserable then she could do the same to him.

Javar saw that ther girl was not afraid. He saw her confidence. Even if she was not showing any emotion. He shrugged while sighing. He plopped himself back on the ground. He started to poke at his still hurting arm. It was no broken, but that did not mean it didn't hurt. Javar did not do well with pain. "Either way I am sure you do not care." he said. He pulled his knees up to his chest again. He was exhausted, cold, and wet. He was not in the proper mood to pick a fight with the girl. She did look familiar though. Maybe he had seen her at Durmstrang or something. He expected the girl to leave him and walk away. What was so interesting about a homeless teenager? How much was a drop out kid worth? He was sure the girl would probably find no reason to stick around.

Right before Chyou was about to leave, she was reminded of someone she knew from school. "Lestrange" She muttered without looking at the boy and turned her heels to the side, eying the fifteen years old sitting on the ground. "You're right... I don't" Chyou wasn't lying, she didn't care about that. She didn't even care if Devlin was having a bad day, if it had nothing to do with her, she wont care. "Why are you here?" She looked at him and kneel down once more. "You're underage and you can't use magic outside school. Why the h3ll are you here all alone?" Seemed that Chyou showed an interest in this boy, at least she knew who the boy was. He was one of those who Chyou didn't lay her hand on so why should she kill him now? "Go home, Lestrange" The place wasn't safe, at least not for those who couldn't perform magic outside school. Deep inside Chyou cared about him, this was the reason why she didn't leave him alone but she was telling herself that she was just having fun and she would want to see him making a fool out of himself so that was why Chyou threw these questions.

Javarius nodded. He knew that the girl did not care, but he thought it strange when she muttered his last name. He must have known this girl. He thought a harder. Searching his mind at all his years at Durmstrang. "Jin?" he said in disbelief. He remembered the girl vaguely, but he was embarrassed that she found him here on the streets. "I dropped out. That's why I am here." he said glaring up at the girl. He was fully aware he was underage and unable to use magic, but he was not going to let her tell him what to do. Go home? She needed to be at home. What was she doing all bloody and in the streets? Aurors would have chugged her away. If there were any around. "B*tch. Don't tell me what to do. I ran away from home anyways." he said and looked away from the girl. Why was she asking him these questions? Javar wanted her to go away, but then he did not. He felt like he could tolerate her. Just a little bit.

Chyou couldn't believe what she heard, she thought he was one of those who had no problem in life, or probably she wasn't too close to him so she had no idea what was going on in his life. Chyou never pay attention to other people, when it came to things that had nothing to do with her, she didn't care. "What did you just call me?" The young girl said flatly and dangerously as she grabbed the boy by the shirt causing her blood to drip on him. Her right hand was full of blood, she could feel the stinging pain but she didn't care. She hated being called names and the girl wont let him get away from this. Definitely not this day, she was having such a bad day. "Don't you dare" She threatened. If only her wand wasn't broken, she would be casting spells at him not caring if she ended up killing the boy.

Devlin Howard was annoyed. No, he was more than annoyed, much more than that that he cannot possibly think of the right word to describe this intense feeling that was building up inside him. Chyou was making something that is just so trivial into something so big that she had had to ask him too much questions. And no, Devlin didn't like that at all. SUre, she was the only person that he had let to get close to him to the point that he cares for her that much, but that doesn't mean that she could pry and poke her nose into his personal business. And besides, he wasn't even sure what it was that she was so angry about. He had just gotten out of bed that time, and when he saw her, she started asking about this girl and about him not killing her. H3ck, he was just so confused. So confused and annoyed at the same time that he had let his anger get the best of him. It is only later that he had realized the root of the Chyou's anger at him. It was the girl that he had met sometime ago. The girl that had caused him so much headache. He had almost forgotten her already if Chyou had not reminded him about her. And yet, there she was, talking about how he hadn't dared to touch the said girl or at least tried to kill her. There she was, getting so angry over such stuff. And it didn't help that even Devlin himself was confused why he acted in such manner with the said girl. He became so annoyed at Chyou that the usual banters that they had had turned into her leaving with her hand still dripping with blood. But before anyone else could misunderstand, not that he cares anyways, he wasn't the one that had caused Chyou's injury. It was her own fault. What with her having this habit of breaking anything that her hand would happened to touch whenever she's angry. And what with her stubborn attitude of not accepting anyone's help, she had left without even healing her own injury.

He had honestly tried to not mind her and just go on his own business. Eat, and try to sleep again. But even sleep had eluded him at that time. He cannot sleep. D@mn the house elves for making so much noise. But deep inside, he knew that that wasn't the real reason. Cause though he would never ever admit it out loud, he cares about her. Cares about her even to the point that he's willing to kill anyone who would dare to lay their hands on her. Devlin's not meant to be kind, not in any way. He doesn't really care about anyone, but she is the only exception. He could leave his family to die, but not her. Definitely not her. And so, here he was, looking for her in one of the busy streets in New Zealand. His eyebrows furrowed in annoyance as he pulled on his hood. It was night already, and he was sure that he have better things to do instead of looking for her. But alas, he cannot just leave her alone too. He glared at anyone who would pass by him as he looked left and right for that familiar face of hers. And finally, after hours of searching, he caught a glimpse of her, talking to a boy much younger than they were. He cannot believe his eyes really. And to say that he was surprised was clearly an understatement. Her, talking to someone, was way beyond surprising. And so, before he could stop himself so he can assess the situation, he found himself walking quickly towards her direction, and before he knew it too, he had grabbed her hands which is currently grabbing the boy by the shirt. "What the h3ll are you doing Chyou?" He said coldly as he threw a glare at the innocent boy's direction. He didn't care who he was, he just didn't want Chyou associating with someone that he didn't even know. He wasn't even sure what they were doing, but nevertheless, he didn't care. All he knew was that he didn't like what he was seeing. He didn't like her walking out on him, and he surely didn't like her talking to someone else.

Before Javarius knew it the girl had grabbed him by his shirt. The dripping blood on her hands staining already wrinkled white shirt. He smirked. He did not mind getting himself beat up badly, or even killed. What did he have to live for anyways? "Let me repeat it then. B-" he was cut off by a boy grabbing Jin's hand. Were they ganging up on him? It was just his luck that he had to run into and piss of some wizards. It was not his fault though. The girl tripped over him. She should have payed more attention to where she was putting her feet. The newcomer seemed to be upset with the girl. He must have knew her.

Being called names by someone else was something that Chyou would never tolerate. "Watch out, you're just a kid, an underage who can't use magic outside school. Don't be foolish" Chyou glared at him. Logically people called other people names just because they were being heated up with anger or similar reasons but Chyou would never let anyone do that to her. Right before she started a fight with Javar, a familiar voice was heard by her. Why the h3ll is he here? She thought still holding the shirt of the boy. She knew that Devlin would be annoyed seeing what he saw but this was all part of the plan. She told him that she would get him back and she did even though he threat her things and she knew that he meant it but she didn't care. She was far too jealous and angry to think clearly and act maturely, accepting that she was overacting. No… No… That was far from her thought. Beside it was so much fun for Chyou to see Devlin got annoyed and saw him being jealous of her at least from this lesson he knew how Chyou felt.

Losing so much blood, Chyou's face turned pale, she pushed the boy away from her, leaving the blood hand print on his shirt and stood up, facing Devlin. "What the h3ll are YOU doing here?" She looked at him in an annoyed manner. She knew that Devlin wont let her get away with this, she knew that he would do something about it. After all she had made a lot of damages in the house and she had interrupt his beauty sleep or whatever he call it. "Go home" She said this time a little louder than before. She would only show emotion to Devlin and him only. She knew that she trusted him although she wont say it out loud. Chyou Jin glared at the boy one more time "You know what Lestrange..." Chyou then looked at Devlin in the eye as she continued talking "I'll give you a place to stay for tonight..." A smirk appeared on her face as her eyes met Devlin's. She knew how mad Devlin would be for doing this. The intention of Chyou giving Javar a place to stay was to annoy Devlin, nothing else... Nothing else... She wasn't interested in him at all. "I meant what I say" The young girl lean forward as she whispered to Devlin.

Devlin knew that Chyou was doing all of these things in purpose. He knew that she was acting like this just so she could annoy him. He clearly remembers everything that she had told him, like how she would do something just so he'll know what she felt. He knew that all of these things were part of her plan. And he knew that once he let himself get affected, she'll surely think that she won. He knew, yet he still let it get on his nerves. He knew, yet he still let himself get affected. Who wouldn't anyways? The way she is treating him right now is something that he would never tolerate. Yes, him and Chyou would often get into fights, in fact, it had always been a part of their lives, it seemed like not a day would pass without them arguing, but for someone to actually be involve in their fights, is something that rarely happens. And that was probably the reason why even though he knew that she was doing this in purpose, he's still getting affected. Especially when the girl had invited the said boy over at their house. Like, really? How dare her do that? That house was theirs, bought because they both wante dto get away from their families. Him, from his siblings, or more so, from that annoying sister of his who he could really kill if he'd have the chance to, and her, from her father. And yet, here she was, planning to invite this boy, whose name he doesn't really bother to know considering that he'll forget it anyways, over at their house. No. He wouldn't let that happen. Ever. "Don't you dare Chyou." He threatened, though he knew that even that wouldn't work that much considering how she would likely react. Cause really, out of all the people, Chyou's the only one who seemed to be even happier whenever he gets even more annoyed. He then turned to the other boy with them. He clearly doesn't know him. In fact, if not for this day, he doubt that he'll ever cross the boy's path. The boy looked pathetic and weak. He doesn't even understand why Chyou had talked to him. "And you, who the h3ll are you." It was not even a question. Cause as what he had already decided, this boy is bound to be forgotten, not someone that will make a mark on his life. He wasn't sure how the boy would react, he wasn't sure whether he'll talk back or anything. But if he did, then Devlin knew what would happen then. Cause if there's one thing that he hated about other persons, it is when they try to talk to him as if they were superior. It was when they think that they clearly have the advantage over him.

Javarius rolled his eyes. How could he not be foolish? Foolishness was practically in his genes. All his life Javar made the decisions a fool would make. He was not smart in the decision making department. He was clumsy and he failed at everything he tried to do, usually. He tried to stay away from people, but he even failed in that. Example, two older wizards were staring down at him. "Foolish is my middle name, Jin." he said. The guy standing beside Jin looked angry, and jealous. He thought he could maybe tick him off. He would probably fail.

Javarius gave Jin a crazy look. Was she serious? Jin could not be serious. Why would she let him into her home? He called her a b*tch for crying out loud! A minute ago she was getting ready to slit hi throat. Now that this guy had come she decided to be nice to him. Javar thought it was strange. He doubted that Jin was doing this because she cared for him. "You are joking right?" he asked. He still looked at her with an expression of disbelief. The guy seemed to not approve of Jin's suggestion. Javar did not blame him. He was just a lame drop out kid. Javar rolled his eyes. "Dude! YOu came here. I deserve your name." he snapped.

Seemed like Javar was having his death wish, Chyou definitely didn't like what she heard. She hated people who admit that what they were doing was wrong or that they were acting like a fool or such thing. Chyou was far too selfish to admit these things, she viewed herself as a perfect human being and she would never stop thinking that way. "Or what?" She said as her voice went low and grabbed Devlin by the shirt, causing him to bend down a little. After all Devlin was much taller than Chyou. "Or what?" She said once more this time in her normal pitch as she displayed an innocent look of hers still locking her brown eyes on Devlin's. Chyou would like to know what Devlin would do to her if it wasn't an empty threat then he'd better do something instead of threatening her all the time. "I wasn't joking and I'm not joking and I don't joke" Chyou said still looking at Devlin. The message was for both Javar and Devlin. Just like what she did to Javar, Chyou pushed Devlin away from her, leaving a blood print on his shirt and took a few steps away from him. Chyou gave her left hand to Javar signing that she was willing to help him stand. "It's too cold out here" For the first time in her life, Chyou invited someone to her place. But the intention was to annoy Devlin not because she cared for this boy.

<COLOR color="#2F4F4F">The way that Chyou was acting was starting to really get on Devlin's nerves. And for the record, Devlin's not known for being patient and tolerant, no, he has a short fuse, and he knew that she knew that. Yet, to him, it seemed as if she thinks that all of his threats were just empty one. H3ck. Yes, she's the only person that he would lay his life for if that was even possible, but it doesn't mean that he'll just tolerate her acting that way towards him. No. Cause really, Devlin values his pride. And of all things, it is his pride that he would never ever surrender. He wouldn't let her think that she can get her way around him. Yes, her plan on making him jealous or whatever was working, but it doesn't mean that he'll just bow down to what she wants. No. That would never ever happen. Cause really, Chyou knew how he is. He is one messed up guy. He glared at her as she grabbed him by the shirt. Really, what was she thinking? Yes, she was strong for that small frame of hers, but he was far stronger as far as his opinion would go. This doesn't sit good with him, and the words that she had just uttered makes him even more angry that despite her pushing him, his eyes are still as cold as the night air around them. "Look, I don't care about what you are planning, and stop acting like a little kid. Bring him wherever you want, but don't you dare, bring him to the house." He said, words dripping with poison. He wasn't sure whether Chyou would take those words lightly. Even though he had said that Chyou could bring that stup!d boy wherever she wanted though, he knew that deep inside, he wouldn't ever let that happen. That boy would be begging on his knees for forgiveness if that would ever occur. Cause what's his, is only his. No one can ever change that. He then turned his attention to the said boy who had just had the nerve to snap at him. Really? This boy was just digging his own grave. Was he really that stupid to not be able to tell that he shouldn't be acting that way towards him? He gave him the coldest glared that he could managed. And really, if those glares could just kill, that boy would be rotting on his grave already, which is highly possible considering how much Devlin had wanted to kill him right now. And when Chyou had reached out her left hand to help the said boy, Devlin had had enough. He pulled Chyou away and with a quick motion, he was already between the two, his hands now grabbing the boy's shirt. "Leave." It was a simple order but it tell everything. Leave or else he'll beat him up that no one would ever recognize him anymore. Leave or else something bad will happen. He doesn't know whether the boy would indeed follow what he had said. If he was really that foolish, as what he had just admitted earlier, then Devlin was sure that the boy was more than happy to meet this misfortune already.

Javarius slowly stood up. He made sure to stay leaned against the wall. He watched silently as the two interacted with each other. He was a little afraid that the two would hurt each other. The two were loud and physical with each other. It deeply worried Javar. He hoped that the one day the two would not kill each other. The two were jerks, but they had a future ahead of them whether it was dark or bright did not matter to him. they at least had a future. The guy really did not want Javar to come over, and this did not bother him. He was going to reject the offer anyways. He could find his own shelter for the night. He did not need anyone sympathy. Jin was not offering for him to stay at her place because she felt sorry for him anyways. She was just doing it to annoy her boyfriend, or whoever he was. He was not going to be used for someone's little game. He refused to be a tool in making someone miserable. He was getting ready to open his mouth to say something, Jin's bodyguard grabbed him by his shirt. "Who the f*ck do you think you are? You leave. Wait, how about you and your girlfriend both leave!" he told the guy. He pushed him away with both of his hands. He was not going to let some guy mess with him. Even if it did cost him his life.

Chyou was aware what Devlin was capable of, she knew that he wont be able to control himself once he got himself angry. And the young girl was aware that she wasn't able to perform wandless magic and that she had no proper wand with her. "Don't tell me what to do" She said flatly, since there was another person beside Devlin, Chyou didn't dare showing too much of her emotion. No one beside Devlin worth to know what Chyou was feeling inside. With a heavy heart Chyou bent down, ready to take the boy's hand forcefully when Devlin stopped her, pulling her away from the boy as she fell to the ground. She could see him grabbing the fifteen years old by the shirt. For the first time in Chyou's life she felt bad for her victim. Perhaps it was because Chyou had known Javar for a while and he was one of those who Chyou actually felt pity on. Perhaps back then Chyou was so much more innocent than she is so she had her heart wide opened for some people. Chyou was and is a violent type of girl and not hurting other people is something big for her and not hurting Javar back when they were in the same school was something big as well. "Stop it" She stood next to Devlin as she gave him a death glare. "You did the same thing Devlin and I wasn't there to stop you, now back off" The young girl placed her hand on Devlin's as she dig her nails, trying to get his hands off the boy. "And you... Do as he said" This was for his own safety. Chyou wasn't sure how far Devlin would go.

<COLOR color="#2F4F4F">Great. Just great. This guy probably thinks that he is strong enough to stand up to him or he was really just that foolish as what he had just been admitting earlier. Whatever it was, Devlin Howard didn't like it. No one ever talks to him like that. And if there was someone stupid enough to try, then that person would either be dead, or almost dead. There's no in between. And this guy would be no exception. He didn't like the boy's tone. And when that boy pushed him, he had had enough. How dare he touch him? How dare he touch him with those filthy hands of his. The larger teen growled at the obviously younger male ."F*ck!" He cussed, this anger was different than his regular hatred. The anger keeps growing within a split second. And the stoic face that he had for a moment turned into a sneer. His mouth then begin to spat out strings of unpleasant words.Greedy fingers reach and snake around the boy's throat. Just grip, squeeze, twist, and everything will end. The boy would be no more. Devlin tightened his grip once more, pressing hard that it made his fingers seem to sink into the flea's neck. He believed that by doing so, he could crush it with his own very hands. Crush that flea. Wipe him away from the face of this world. Kill- but before he could do so, he felt someone's hand on his. It was her. What was she trying to do? Was she that serious in helping out this flea? Was this some sort of a joke? Cause if it is, it wasn't funny. This confusion caused him to release the boy even though he didn't meant to. He wasn't liking what's happening before him, and as Chyou reached out for the boy again, Devlin knew that he can't watch anymore. He pulled her again, forcefully this time and pushed her to the wall. "Don't play with me Chyou.. d@mn!" He cursed as he punched the wall next to her. He had enough. Really, just how worse can this day be? He was supposed to be at home, sleeping. Yet, here he was, close to killing some random stranger just because of Chyou's childishness. He won't let her win this time, he never will.

Javarius had never seen witnessed such a strange pair. The two were very territorial, and it was strange. He thought that to two probably loved each other, but did not know it yet. Obviously, Jin liked to crazy dude, but crazy dude did not see it. He was blind to her love. He did not think the situation was worth Javar losing his life. The two could just move along and handle their little feud elsewhere. Crazy dude certainly did not have to start choking Javar. He felt his air being cut off. He grabbed onto the boy's arm, like most people would do if they were getting choked. Javar had lifted his leg, getting ready to kick to boy right in his stomach, but Chyou pulled Devlin off of him. Javar fell forward on to his knees gasping for breath. Was it that serious? This guy was just plain messed up if it was up to him. Javar was fine with losing his life, but choking him? He expected better from an older and much more experienced wizard like Devlin. It was a shame that he had only thought of wrapping his arm around Javar's neck. It was pathetic even. Javar looked up at the guy. "Are you serious? Choking me? That's it? Wow, and you're supposed to be a wizard."

The first thing in her mind wasn't whether or not he would kill her but would he touch the boy or spare his life? The fingers of Devlin's were wrapped around the boy's neck, things had gone too far but Chyou didn't care. She was doing it to please herself although she didn't expect him to go this far. Once more Chyou was pushed hard against the wall. Devlin was angry... He really did.... Knowing that Devlin was jealous and that she got to make him feel the way she felt, Chyou was satisfied. A smirk appeared on her face, the curve of her lips showed how satisfied she was for reaching her goal. Hearing what the boy had to say, Chyou's heart started to pound faster. Normally she wouldn't care if Devlin hurt other people to please his heart but this time was different and she wasn't sure why. "Shut up!" She glared at the boy and back to Devlin. "We'll end up in Azkaban if you touch him" Chyou whispered, making sure that he was the only one who could hear it. Chyou knew what Devlin was made of, she knew how strong he was and she definitely knew his problem with his temper. And this time fifteen years old Javar was messing with Devlin's pride, she knew how important it was to him, not even Chyou could mess with it. Devlin was a deatheater, he knew how to kill other people and Javar was only fifteen, an underage who wasn't allowed to use magic outside school. "Don't listen to the fool" She said once more to Devlin, trying to save their lives.

This guy was surely testing his patience, which, for the record, was something that the young Howard doesn't have. He was, after all, known as someone who's not one to let any person step on his pride. Devlin didn't like the way that the guy was taunting him. was he really asking for his death wish? He didn't like people stepping on him, but surely, he found delight in stepping on other people. And the way things are going, he would would snap and kill this fool, watch him bath in his own blood. He could imagine thousands of ways to make this foolish flea suffer. Torture him to no end to the point that he would be begging on his knees, then he would go after the guy's family. No matter how small the cause is for other people's eyes, for Devlin, this one is a really big issue. On top of the guy being so full of himself, Chyou's seemingly generous attitude towards him makes his blood boil even more.

Whatever this flea's name was, he didn't care, for in just a matter of minutes, he'll be gone, probably without any remains to remind whoever his acquaintances are about him. With a swift movement, the young Howard took his wand from his back pocket. He always had it with him, considering that he is a death eater, or at least, one in training, he cannot afford to leave without it with him. But it doesn't mean that he cannot handle himself without the use of magic. Cause really, he's strong physically too. "I'll give you two choices, a quick death, or a slow and painful one?" He said, pointing his wand at the boy's head. He was serious, definitely serious indeed. His mind tells him that he shouldn't be provoked by these mere flea's words, but his temper gets the best of him. He was about to cast a spell, not caring about the would be consequences of his actions, when Chyou whispered something to him, and this made him stop. She was right, he'll definitely end up in Azkaban if he kill this guy. Not that he was scared of it, but he didn't want to spend the rest of his life in that filthy place. He had things to prove and people to kill. He's not going to risk these things just because of these stupid flea. He's not worth it. So instead, he just threw a punch at the boy's direction before he turned around, pushing the girl away from him. He's not pleased, not pleased that he had been prevented from doing what he want. "Don't tell me what to do." He said once again, shooting a glare towards her. She's the reason why everything had been so messed up now, and he's not going to forgive her for that, no matter how important she maybe to him.

Javarius was half scared for his life and half of him was not. He had not had a very happy life. He sucked at everything he did. That made him feel useless. He was abandoned by his mother. That made him feel worthless. Javar was not worth anybodys time, and he should just be wiped of the face of the Earth. He hated that his mother had abandoned him, and he hated himself for not being worth raising. Javar did not know what it was, but he felt like there was something he still did not know about himself. That was the only reason he had not jumped off a cliff by now. He felt like there was another part of him missing, like he was incomplete. He did not know if it was a person or a thin, but he had to keep living his horrible life to find out. He had to swallow his pride and leave Devlin and Chyou if he wanted to still live. He saw a punch coming his way as he was starting to stand up. He leaned back so that Devlin's fist bearly skimmed the tip of his nose.

Javar stood up completely. "This party is fun you two, but I think I will take my leave now." he gave the two people a cocky smile. He turned on his heel and started to walk away from the scene. He had to make a special entrance and exit. The rain had lightened up, and Javar secretly hoped that the wizard and withch would keep their home problems at home, and not try to drag someone else into it. Javarius put his hand in his pocket, and he flicked his writst back to Chyou and Devlin as he turned the corner.
