Emilee was not exactly pleased with the job she had been given. Considering the way she had been treated lately, she was honestly expecting to have a babysitter of her own. It was bad enough that she seemed to be the only person mourning the death of her grandmother, but now she was sent to a school she hated to babysit siblings she didn't like for a reason she didn't understand. She knew Isla didn't much trust her, not many of her siblings did and to be honest she rather liked it that way, but she much preferred to be under the leadership of someone that she respected, like her grandmother than someone she didn't respect at all. Was this the way her life was to be defined now? As something that was not her own, but that she would have to live with if she expected to stay within the confines of a flawed family. The trouble was that Emilee had nothing without her name. Everything her Grandmother had promised her had been taken from her by Isla. Now that Isla was the head, and not handling it well at all in Emilee's opinion, Emilee had to work hard to look like she actually cared about her. It was difficult and she was still not quite there yet, but she would figure it out soon enough she was sure.

As it was, Emilee had written a report for her sister, containing all the things she knew so far about both Fiona and Florence, her charges. She knew that neither of her sisters would be so inclined to write Isla even if told to do so and it had fallen to Emilee to pick up the slack. It was not the first time she had done this. Her first foray into this school had been to watch both Abel and Kialla, though her job then had been handed down from Hailey and had meant a lot more to her than it did now. To be honest Emilee couldn't have cared less about what her sisters were doing and very much wanted to tell Isla this, but was unable to do so. Instead she delivered a message detailing the first coupe of days at the school. She was of course very happy that neither of her sisters were involved in the food fight, but that didn't make it any less interesting to tell her sister about. Another important note she made was the reconnection of Arnost Zhefarovich and Fiona. Emilee didn't mind that at all and she had a feeling that Isla wouldn't be happy about it, so she was happy to make her life harder than it was if she had to. To be honest she enjoyed the suffering of her sister and matriarch. She placed the letter on the leg of one of the owls and sighed. She was already done with all of this, what was she to do now? She supposed she could go back to her dorm, but honestly, she didn't much like that place either.
