Yevheniy had amassed a small amount of people, those who were like him in their belief and had joined with his faction within the Scits, and he felt pretty proud of who had managed to get, all were a fair bunch, he liked them, they were willing, and that was all he really required of those around him, they had to want, they had to believe like he did. Sure, they hadn't yet managed to do much besides the recruitment drive which had certainly pushed them towards slight notability, pushing the two members of his sect to five, which he thought was a fair achievement, the only downside was perhaps that they were known by the Aurors, or the sect was known, they might not know who he was, given the way he had moved about quite a bit in his youth and hardly ever filled things out with his full name. Given this he was feeling pretty good, and he thought they had enough to start driving forward, Yevheniy didn't really know how to do this, he had ideas, mindless vandalism, maybe a couple of fights but there was no long term plan, and whenever he got close Yev would just have another drink and the night would snowball from that.

Instead today he had decided to summon his people, and together he decided that they could try to do something, they could meet, like minded people and start driving their point forward, maybe with the help of the others within his sect they would be to stay on target, drink less, talk more. He didn't particularly want to get into theory, the bar he'd picked in bleak street was a favourite haunt of his and he was a few drinks in so discussion the politics of their particular brand of anarchism wasn't what he wanted, Yevheniy needed action, he itching for more than a fight, he was itching to drive forward his goal and perhaps push the scit cause forward a little. Yev did have a grand idea of what his group was, the power it had, but he felt as the ones who must to a certain extent identify with the anarchist ideal he put forward that they too would be keen for action, keen for something, to collectively join together and finally begin this fight to free the knowledge of magic. He sat with drinks ready for each of the people, they had no choice in the matter, good quality Ukrainian vodka, and he was ready to discuss what their plan of action could be.

Anatoliy Mihaylov was new to New Zealand and more so new to the Anarchy section of the Scitorari but despite those facts he was beginning to feel at home for the first time in his life. Like he was putting his mark, albeit small, on the world and that moving away from everything he knew in Russia to have a meaningless, shitty job at a restaurant to fund his activities with the Scits was worth all the stress. The fresh start he had craved for years was a reality in front of his eyes and he couldn't be happier to expand his knowledge of magic and alternately put work into a cause benefiting wizards and witches all around the world. Even if his intentions were selfish it was still part of a bigger picture, a bigger plan to rid the restrictions authorities placed on magic to allow magical folk to practice magic to its fullest extent and to the best of their abilities.

Anatoliy couldn't wait to see where the Scitorari would take him and their cause. He intentionally finished work early that night, throwing his long winter coat over his dirtied uniform before apparating to bleak street and stepping into the dank bar designated for the meeting. Immediately Ana spotted the leader of his faction sitting at an empty able. He approached the other man and sat down, an air of arrogance about him as he leant back in his chair and rested his hands on the back of his head, smirking. He felt comfortable with the guy enough to begin banter before the rest of the group arrived. "I bet this isn't Russian Vodka." Ana said as he nodded towards the glasses on the table, a chuckle to his words that was all too cheerful for such a dark and seedy bar on a equally dark street. It was a dangerous place to be but Ana could also be a dangerous person when the situation called for it. It just wasn't required in that particular moment so he was willing to keep the mood light, casual and humorous in the meantime even if Yev might not have been receptive to it.

Fenris enjoyed his new role among the members of the Scitorari, particularly with the emergence of the Anarcho-Magic faction, one that aligned with his wants more so over the others. They were active, more willing to cause chaos than their cautious allies, and it was only a matter of time before they had a chance to really wreak havoc. He wanted a fight, it didn't matter if it was against the government or not. Little had been done since their recruitment attempt, leaving the aurors looking like a bunch of lost fools, and it was amusing to watch the Ministry not know what exactly to do in a simple show of strength, almost powerless in the face of their forces, as passive as they were. They were yet to physically act, and already their presence itself had a large impact.

The Lancaster warlock exited his families shop on Bleak Street, apparating there earlier for the sake of convenience as soon as his ouroboros ring had tightened on his finger, alerting him to the time and place of the later meeting. He looked forward to whatever it was Yevheniy had to discuss with them, hoping that perhaps he had a plan, some idea for what they could do next. Someone needed to get hurt, and Fenris was all too willing to inflict it himself if need be. He was growing bored and needed anything to keep himself occupied. Crushing his cigarette beneath his heel, Fenris entered the bar, quickly finding the familiar faces of his faction among it's shady patrons. He wasn't the first to arrive, but he was pleased to see that he wasn't the last. While still fairly new to the game, they weren't straggling behind in the member department too much. "Any vodka is good vodka, as long as it gets you drunk." He interjected on his arrival, reaching for the closest glass already. He didn't want to have to wait for the others to start drinking, and if anyone failed to arrive on time, he was happy to drink on their behalf.

Although care of her youngest brother in the evenings was mostly her responsibility as she had the most freedom with her career, Val had been lucky enough to be able to escape her obligations for just this evening. She had not told her brother, Ingacio, that what she was leaving their brother in his care was not work related nor a social outing. She could not bare to tell him of her truth and the fact that she had joined the Scitorari. Although most of her family were against the government she had a feeling none would really understand her feelings on the matter or why she had joined a collective such as the Scitorari when people seemed to think they were all terrible murderers. It was just the portrayal from a biased governing body, of course. They hadn't done a thing wrong since her joining and the witch had no intention on ever hurting anyone, only their skewed ideals of a government that looked after their pocket books over their people. So she apparated to a place no one would expect Valentina to be as her ouroboros ring had guided her to. She walked over to the small group of men at the bar and managed a snarky smirk as they spoke of vodka. "Put some hair on your chest and drink like you're a man," she said, having no time for something as girly as vodka. Instead she ordered a strong scotch. It wasn't often she drank due to her circumstances in life but when she did, she had no time for weak drinks. The woman was decidedly more aggressive with her drinking then all those around her but for good reason and she enjoyed it.

Yevheniy wasn't too surprised when the first of his "friends" stepped into the room. It was sure to be one of the few times most of them had ever really been in a room together, he didn't feel nervous about it, the vodka he was drinking calmed any residue nerves he might've had about this situation. The man shook his head and chuckled lightly at Anatoliy's joke, it wasn't like Yevheniy drank the Russian stuff if he had a choice, and despite being a backwards bar in bleak street it certainly had an array of vodkas, or at the very least something that wasn't Russian. As soon as Fenris had arrived, the Scit leader leaned back in his chair and motioned for the man at the bar to bring them a bottle of the stuff, after between them, one bottle was certainly drinkable without too much trouble. He finished his drink and looked to Valentina, and nodded in a polite fashion. Yev wasn't a huge fan of women in general but from her work with them in the Scits he definitely respected the heck out of her. Not to mention he knew if he even tried anything she would probably quite literally emasculate him. Instead he poured them each a drink, including himself and slid it to where they respectively sat, holding up his own, "Za zdorovje" the man said, knocking the drink back.

They had more important issues to deal with than just drinking, as much as Yev knew he would thoroughly enjoy that, after all they were still down one member, but he assumed that he'd gotten caught up doing something else. Knowing him something probably truly pointless, it was a pity that the man didn't play for both teams so that Yevheniy could have some fun, but he needed to focus. The anarchist poured them more drinks before glancing at each one, holding the silence and eye contact with each glance, "We need to figure out how next to move, recruitment is still important perhaps most important, but I'm done being in the shadows, I want a visible presence, that doesn't mean we're out with badges, but I want people to start fearing the Scits like they used to fear the Death Eaters," the man spoke quietly to them, hoping they would follow easily though he assumed they would. Each one had known what they were getting into when they had signed up, Yevheniy had always been open with his plan to be a far more visible part of the Scits, "So, any ideas?" he opened it up to the people he was sitting with, open to their ideas, if they even had any.
