"Oh, c'mon." When Freddie wanted to use the art room, it was always full of people, but when he only came in to get some fabric, it was completely empty. "Hi, Brielle," he said, as he passed his favorite guitar hanging up on the rack. "I'll be back later, 'kay? Got stuff to do. People to hang out with. Um, that's wool. Where's the fabric box? Oh - here." It didn't take him long to find a long strip of material. He held it up over his eyes, blinking, tilting his head up toward the window. Nope. Couldn't see anything. Perfect.

It was cold outside, but in his winter jacket and two pairs of pants, Freddie could barely feel it. He left the courtyard and went around the wall to the gardens, where Declan was still waiting at the start of the maze. It wasn't a proper maze. Not one you could get lost in. The bushes were only knee-height. That was why they needed the blindfold: to make it more interesting. "Found this," said Freddie, holding up the strip. "Turn around. See if it works." It definitely did work. He just said that so Declan would let him tie it around his head - fingers crossed. They hadn't agreed who was going to be blindfolded, but Freddie could think of a hundred reasons why it shouldn't be him, and he was ready to list them one by one if he had to.

Declan had no idea whose idea it was to do the knee-height maze blindfolded, but nevertheless, it was a great idea. Declan seemed to think so anyway. He could imagine Molly in his head shaking her head disapprovingly, but he didn't care. The Gryffindor hadn't waited for too long for Freddie because it wasn't long until Freddie was back from the art room. Declan grinned. "I'm sure it'll work" Declan says with a grin, as he turns around, ready for Freddie to put the trip around him, no questions asked.

Aiya much preferred colder weather over warmer weather. As she walked outside to the grounds, she shivered a little and adjusted her scarf so it was slightly tighter and snug around her neck. She loved looking stylish, and winter outfits were definitely better than summer outfits for that exact reason. She wandered through the lawns and over to the gardens, wanting to see how many plants were still surviving the colder weather. As she approached, she noticed a couple of classmates who seemed to be up to something. "What are you doing?" she asked curiously, wondering if she could join whatever they were up to.
