Samual Pace Kaster had forgotten how much he had missed being on holidays, which was often the case because when school came around, he'd always think about how fantabulous the new school year would be, and how much fun he'd have there and what he'd be able to do with his friends when he was there. Holidays enabled Sammy to be able to go anywhere he wanted, and see all of his family, but it usually failed to let him visit his friends, since they were usually in different countries, spending time with their own families, like Sammy should be doing right now, but wasn't. Samual loved his family, so much so that he often became upset when he had to leave them because he was so attached to them, which probably accounted to why he was so personable to others, because he hated being alone. But right now things were catatonic at home, what with Lisa getting sick and tired of everything that had been happening, nameingly Tamalia's expulsion, when Samual overheard her scolding Tamalia, he was sure Lisa was going to kill the Ex-Gryffindor, but she obviously kept herself under control, because Tamalia was alive today, still able to mope around the house feeling sorry for herself. Running into Annalie the other day almost forced Samual to stay at home for the remainder of the holidays, simply because he couldn't believe the chances of him running into the most horrible person on the planet, especially when he had his little brother with him, it was just wrong. Shaking his head slightly, and looked around the new park he had decided to go to, it was a little further away from the park he usually went to, but he decided that further was better, besides, they had a great play park here, so it wasn't like he'd be bored or anything.

Sammy smiled at people as they walked past, he'd always tried to be pleasent to people, even if he was sure he'd never meet them officially, he knew what a friendly smile from someone could do when you were having a bad day. Flipping his curls out of his emerald green eyes, Sammy couldn't help but smile when he thought about how close his birthday was, it was really exciting, mainly because his birthday was in the holidays, so his family would always be there with him to celebrate it, and it also meant that school would be starting up very soon afterwards, so he'd always be looking forward to something in the August-September period, because it was always jam-packed with something to cheer about. With a small sigh of boredom, Samual decided to rest his feet for a little while, because he wasn't exactly sure what to do, he could go to the play area with all the swings and jungle gyms and all of that, but it would be pretty boring doing it by himself, and besides, since teenagers aren't exactly supposed to be in there, and that was what Samual was, a teenager, even if he didn't act like one. Besides, it would be doubly boring because he knew that if he did end up sneaking in there, he wouldn't meet anyone his age that he could actually talk to.

Star wasn't in the best of moods. She hadn't been the best of moods for a while.Ryan had finally come to his senses with the help of Sara and he was now at home with his parents.Star was still very angry at him.She wasn't sure if she would be able to forgive him for all he had done to her but she still wanted to be there for him and help him and maybe rebuild their friendship but her parents hadn't allowed it.They had said it was best for them to help Ryan by themselves that was why Star was in a mood. She couldn't help her twin.Usually Star would have been delighted to finally be going to New Zealand with out her parents but in fact she had been sulking around the place which was most unlike herself. She wasn't usually ever in moods she rarely fought or got angry but anything to do with her family and Ryan in particular just hit a nerve. So Star wasn't exactly the best company these days. She had been doing some shopping for school. This year was their OWL year and Star was determined to get good results. She was going to study her butt off and get the results she deserved.

Star had nothing really to do today. She bought everything for school and she really had no interest in shopping. She had a tonne of books back at the hotel that she had yet to read so buying another book was out of the question. She had decided to go to a different part of New Zealand. It wasn't exactly in a city area,it was quieter and Star preferred that right now.She didn't want to lash out at anybody but she found herself relaxing and her mood brightening. She had her camera with her,she could probably take some nice pictures. She hadn't seen any of her friends around. She usually never saw any of them because they lived in all sorts of places over the world and Laura was the only girl from England. She didn't have much friends anyways.Sammy was her closest but she had no idea where he lived and she had heard about his sister being expelled so there was probably a lot going on in his house. As she walked ,stopping periodically to take pictures she came upon a park.Glancing at her watch she saw it was lunch time. She walked into a shop near by and bought herself a sandwich. She then went back to the park and entered. It was a lovely park, very new.She walked further into the park and she saw a playground,it had swings and climbing frames and all sorts of structures for kids to play on.She walked past ,she would like to go in but she had a sandwich, she would probably break something as the slides etc weren't made for people her age and also she would look a bit weird,a fourteen year old girl playing in a park by herself.Wouldn't she look sad.Suddenly her eyes spotted a head of curly hair. Her heart rate speed up a little. She blinked her eye.She couldn't help the smile that formed on her face. She walked over to where Sammy was sitting "Hello there"She said smiling "Mind if I join you?"She asked

Samual smiled at all the little kids that walked past with their parents, he was a little jealous of hem with their parents. Admittedly, Samual still mised his parents and sometimes expected them to come bursting through the front doors, his mother arguing about the couches being diagonal, or his father would be complaining about his mothers arguing, and then they'd probably have a battle of yelling, seeing who could yell the loudest for the longest. Most of the time, dad lost. Probably because Mrs. Kaster was not a woman to give up, on anything, especially a fight. The park was slowly filling up with kids, all happy and running around the jungle gym, some had food in their hands, and he wasn't sure if it was wise to let your kids run around a jungle gum with chips and ice-creams in their hands, but who was he to question the decision of their parents? With a silent flick of his curls, Sammy decided to focus on something else that would hopefully contain his boredom. What was a nice thing was that the sun was bright and shining down on him, while a small breeze allowed for him to not become overheated at all, it was the perfect day and he was extremely grateful for that. That was something he loved about New Zealand, the weather was always somewhat decent, it wasn't usually crazy at all, just nice and perfect. Instead of going on the jungle gym, like he had been thinking for the past five minutes, Sammy decided that he'd sit on the bench, and just absorb the warmth that was coming from the sun and just enjoy it.

When the sunlight was shaded and no-longer beaming on his body, which caught his attention and he looked up, his emotionless face turning to one of many, utter excitement, shock, surprise and excitment again. "Star!" He exclaimed happily, hoping up off of the beanch like it was on fire and pulling the Ravenclaw girl into a huge hug. "I can believe you're here!" He added, finally releasing the girl, grateful that he hadn't smoshed her sandwich. "Why are you here? Don't you live in England or something?" He added, looking around the area to see if he would run into anyone else, it seemed that everyone from Hogwarts was coming out to hello, or try to scare him half to death, which ever. The Gryffindor was somewhat grateful that he didn't have little Hamish with him, because sometimes the little boy could be quite a handful for the teen, he wasn't much of a baby whisperer, so sometimes he'd freak out when they started crying, seemingly for no reason, though he was intelligent enough to know that they did have some sort of reason, but sometimes he failed ot see it. Suddenly remembering Star's own question, his previous grin was on his face again, how could he not smile? Star was here, and he considered her a good friend, so he'd naturally smile at her. "Oh yeah, sure you can join me, I wasn't really doing anything." He explained with a small shrug. "In all honesty, I was a litle bit bored, I've been tossing up the idea of going on the jungle gym, but I don't want to do it alone, that'd be so boring!" He explained, with a nod to further prove his point.

Star had always wanted a younger sibling. She was the youngest in the family, ever though it was only be two minutes, she was still younger.Ryan used to tease her about it all the time when they were younger. She hadn't been very pleased and had usually ended up crying and running to her parents.Ryan had liked to tease her a lot but he loved her too and would always be protecting and looking out for her.She loved having an older twin brother but they could be a big pain in the butt sometimes.Right now she wasn't really on speaking terms with him.She had been devastated when she had realized over the past three years Ryan had said nothing about his bullying to her.It hurt her that he hadn't trusted her enough or even believed that she wouldn't judge to tell her.She had always told him everything even when it was embarrassing or hurt her pride she would always at least tell Ryan but obviously he hadn't thought the same way.It made Star disappointed and angry. She would remember that for the future, though she was going to do everything to help she was still going to want a very big heart-felt apology. She had never once thought that he had had a Slytherin bone in his body even when he had been sorted in the house but when he had spoke to her while she was on the floor crying she had seen it in his eyes.He could be evil and mean if he wanted to and if Sara hadn't done what she had done he probably would turn cold and mean.Something her brother really wasn't.

Star was surprised by the huge hug but she returned the hug with as much force.Luckily her sandwich was in the hand currently hugging Sammy so it wasn't squished.Star smiled when he finally released her.She certainly hadn't been expecting that reaction but really she should have.It was Sammy they were talking about. "Well I do love in England but Sara,Kate and I are here while Ryan stays at home with the folks"She said explaining why she was here. She didn't mind telling Sammy, she had learned that he wasn't going to say anything mean or tease her.He would actually be helpful or at least stay quiet and not hurt Star's feelings which at times could be quite fragile.Star didn't know if Sammy lived around her,he could be here on holidays for all she knew "Are you from around here?"She asked curiously looking around. It was a nice park filled when young kids and families. There was lots of these type of parks in London but a lot were much bigger. But the grounds of their house was extensive so they usually only went to the park when they were taking a day out.Star looked over at the jungle gyms, they did look rather fun and now that Sammy was here the probability of going on them wasn't so far fetched. Star looked back and had a mischievious grin on her face "Well I happened to be thinking the same thing as you, wanna go on them?"She asked,it would be like building the forts again.Totally childish and so unlike their age but fun.

Sammy was in a pretty good mood, mostly becasue he was outdoors and the outdoors were always fun for him, the trees and park seemed to energise him and make him happy. The added fact that the park had a happy, family atmosphere also made him happier, because Samual loved family, and kids and happiness, so parks were places that he found very comforting and they never failed to make him comfortable and happy. But right now, Sammy could rival a lighthouse with all the beaming he was doing after finding out that his friend Star was here to hang out with. He was almost ridiculously happy. Sammy suddenly wished that his siblings were here so that they could all meet Star, since she was awesome, and the Gryffindor was sure that it would be a lot of fun with everyone here so they could all hang out. Maybe Star could stay for dinner?! Would Lisa mind? Probably not, she loved it when Sammy brought people home, since it was a rare sight for Samual to actually bring people home, since he was usually the one to go over peoples houses, it was just a thing he liked to do. It was easier for him to go over other peoples houses, than for him to bring others home and have them have to attempt to his wild, and rather disfunctional family. Some people found it quite a slap in the face when they realised that Samual's family wasn't as nice as he was, and sometimes it caused people to not want to go back to his housecause there would always be an argument going on between someone, there was never peace in the Kaster Manor.

Sammy nodded as Star explained why she was in New Zealand, Samual still couldn't believe that she was here, but he was really glad she was, and so were her sisters, so they were basically all here, excep Ryan. Sam wasn't sure why Ryan and Mr. and Mrs. Moon were not with Star, but he wasn't sure of Star's home life, so he didn't ask, just incase it upset her or something, that was the last thing he wanted to do, especially since Star seemed so nice and quiet, there was no way he'd want to ever betray her trust and make her upset, because not only would he feel guilty about making her upset and losing a friend, he'd also have o deal with an upset Kate and Sara, two things he didn't want to deal with, and an angry Ryan, not that was something Sammy really didn't want to deal with at all, since the boy towered over the Gryffindor. "That sounds fun, are you staying with a relative?" He quired. Relatives were fun to stay with, Sammy often stayed with his older brother, Jack, when in England, because since Jack travelled a lot and was a Quidditch player for the Chudley Canons, he was rarely in New Zealand, and Sammy would have to fly around to watch his games and cheer him on whenever he could. A grin grew on Samual's face, and he nodded. "Yeah, I love about forty minutes walk from here." He explained. Samual liked walking, and often walked to places, considering that not many members of his family could actually drive a car. Samual followed Star's glance over at the jungle gym, and then nodded. "I'd hoped you'd ask that." He admitted, linking arms withStar and running over to the jungle gyms, and opening the gate to allow them access. Who cared if they were probably ten years too old for this thing, it was fun.

Star's mood had lifted considerably since she had met Sammy. It was amazing to see how just one friend could change your mood completely. In a way that was what friends were for. They made you feel better when you were down and they picked you up after you had fallen down. They were there to make you laugh and there to have a good time with.Friends were the people you went to when your family were driving you up the wall and there to listen when you needed to vent your anger. For Star Ryan had been that person. He had always been there for her to talk to and they had been inseparable since they were born.Star had never shared the experience with anyone else. She had made no friends, she was still to shy and scared of people, she had never been an outgoing sort of person she preferred to stay in the corner, away from people, she wasn't sure why.She had just never been able to put herself out there,it was a failing of hers one she was working on.She didn't want to live like this all the time, she wanted to make friends and put herself out there. She had in some ways done that by talking to people last year. She had been proud of herself as she had made a couple of friends and more importantly she had met Sammy. She had managed not to blush but the day was young. She just though he was incredibly cute and she couldn't help her heart fluttering when she was around him.

Star was glad she had met him.Their meeting had been a funny one, getting hit by pillows, building forts.Acting most unlike their age basically. But you only live once and Sammy had brought out the best in her.She would never have even thought of doing that before but with Sammy it didn't seem so far fetched or ridiculous. He brought out the best in her too.She found herself smiling and laughing a lot more the usual. He was just so bubbly and happy,it rubbed off .His general presence just had an affect on her.No one for a long time had made her feel that way.She missed the way Ryan had always made her laugh and feel better. She loved Sara and Kate too but they just hadn't the same affect on her as Ryan. They didn't really understand her either. They didn't get why she would rather stay inside and read or not involve herself. When they were playing games Star would always prefer to stay inside and read she just wasn't the sort of person to play games or do outdoor activities.Running was the only thing she liked. Most people who knew her wouldn't think she would do running. She just didn't look like the running type. "Oh we are staying with my aunt Sophia"She said, she barely knew he aunt. The first time they had met was last year when they had com to stay in New Zealand. "Really?I'm around half an hour from here"Star said smiling widely. They musn't be far from each other then.Star laughed linking arms with Sammy. She walked through the gate into the park filled with two to seven years old.Star made her way over to the jungle gym and started climbing "Come on"She said looking back at Sammy.

Samual loved people in general, mostly because he loved talking, and conversing, it was just something that he loved, but unfortuately didn't really share with most of his family. Now that Star, whom he considered a really good friend, was here, he was ecstatic, because last time they met was so much fun, Sammy had been so happy that day, just spending his time building a giant fort. Sometimes Sammy wished he could just take Star home and adopt her whole family so they could just build forts all day in his lounge room, but if that ever happened, he knew that Lisa would have a fit about the mess they'd surely make. Hopefully when Hamish, Bethany and Lucy were older they'd like building forts, because Samual was sure that, no matter what he would end up doing when he was older, or how old he was, he'd still love to build forts, because fort building was just an ageless past time. "So how have you been?" It was just a random question that popped into the curly-haired boys mind since he genuinely wanted to know what she'd been up to and how she'd been, since when they last met Star seemed a little on edge about things, and was so quiet and shy, so it was nice to see her looking so bright and energetic, and it felt contagious. Hopefully in their fifth year they'll be able to hang out a little more than they did in their fourth, because that way they'd have a lot more fun and excitment, Sammy missed his friends dearly.

Sam nodded as Star explained why she was there. "It's nice of your aunt to take you all in." He commented, with a nod. Not everyone likes people, even relatives, staying in their house for random reasons, so Star's aunt could have refused them, but she didn't, and that was really nice. Samual was surprised to hear that Star was so close by, it was amazing how close everyone was in the end, the world was surprisingly small and compact, he sometimes felt like all of his friends were within arms reach, if he knew where to look. "That's fantabulous!" They could literally just walk to each others places and hang out, it was so cool. "We should meet up again, like get coffee or something and be all sophisticated and business-like!" He mused, it sounded like a lot of fun going for a coffee and just hanging out in a coffee shop, acting like an adult. Considering he dind't drink coffee though, Sammy wasn't sure if his tastebuds would agree with him, but right now he didn't really care, coffee houses usually had cakes and cookies, two things that were always welcome in the teens diet. Samual's smile mirrored Star's, because he was so pleased with how this had turned out, they could run into each other more often, it'd be lovely. Samual entered the jungle gym, loads of young children ran past, and around them, it was really cute, some seemed a little confused as to what Sammy and Star were doing, but no-one approached them, thankfully. Watching Star climb up, Samual joined her and leant against a metal wheel that wasn't connected to anything that moved, it just spun around. So obviously Samual began spinning it like crazy, just to see how fast it could go but rather quickly Samual discovered that the faster something went, the more it hurt if your finger got caught in it and he whinced. "Jungle gyms are so dangerous, they should have signs or something." He added, laughing slightly. Signs would be a bit useless, since most of the children here probably wouldn't know how to read well, and they probably wouldn't spend their time spinning a wheel super fast, either.

The day she and Sammy had spent together had been one of the funniest days she had ever had in Hogwarts probably the funniest and also the most fun.She had really come out of herself that say,it had been greatly helped by Sammy's happiness and bubbly nature.Unlike most times when she was around people her playful side came out, usually the side of her that is only seen by close family members. Its one of the reasons she enjoys being around him so much. She can be herself and let her more playful side come out.Spending time with him also made her forget about the situation at home. She was not looking forward to it because when ever she will see Ryan she knows her temper will flare and they could end up having a huge argument which wouldn't be very good because she wanted to fix things between them, not make them worse. She loved her brother and she wanted things to be the way they were in first year. She knew that was a bit childish thinking like that because realistically things couldn't go back to the way they were. They had both changed, grown up they would never be as close. She wished they could but it was going to take her a long time to trust him again and to tell him everything.Girls ten to hold grudges and she still couldn't believe he hadn't told her. That hurt was going to stay there for a long time no matter how much she wanted to get rid of it.But she must not let her mood ruin her time with Sammy. He was a close friend and one of her only friends and she wanted to actually enjoy her time with him.She shouldn't be thinking about family because she was with friends. "Ah I've been okay, things at home have been a little stressed but I'll cope"She said smiling a little at the end.She didn't want to burden and bore Sammy with the details of her family life. "What about you?"She asked since she had heard about Tamalia's expulsion and she wondered how he was doing and coping with it.

Well technically Sophia wasn't their aunt. She was actually her mom's best friend. They had been friends since primary school and a couple of years back her family had moved to New Zealand because things hadn't been going well in Ireland. They had kept in contact though and now whenever the Moon's needed a place to stay in New Zealand they would go to Sophia's house. She was a bit made but in a good way.She was great fun to be around and she was a complete girly girl.Always asking for gossip and giving them tips on their hair, nails and make up.She was a total sweetheart and Star really liked her.She was a nice distraction for Kate's,Sara's and herself's mind. "She's not really out aunt, just a really good friend of mom's"She explained.Since there were no brothers or sisters of either of her fathers and mothers side they had no blood-related aunt and uncles. So when the kids had been born, whenever introducing Sophia she would say Aunt Sophie so really when they were younger they had thought she was their real aunt but as they had gotten older they had realized but they still called her aunt because she acted like one to them. She was really their aunt in so many ways especially since she and her mother were practically sisters.Star laughed "It is"She said smiling, they could walk to each others houses and stuff.Maybe the few weeks here wouldn't be so bad after all.Star laughed again, she wasn't a big fan of coffee.Tea was the hot drink she liked.Tea in a way was an Irish thing. When ever you felt bag you were always given a cup of tea to make you feel better.Everyone liked tea and everyone had tea.Star had grown up around tea so she preferred it to coffee which she had only had a couple of times.Star watched as Sammy started spinning the wheel,it looked quite fun until he caught his finger in it. "You okay?"She asked worridly,he wasn't kneeling in pain or anything so hopefully it wasn't that bad.Star climbed higher until she found one long pole connecting one jungle gym to the other. It was a fairly high drop but nothing serious. As kids they had often gone to parks and one thing she loved was doing flips around long poles.Star leaned over the pole and made her way out to the middle, she then bent like she was going to do a tumble and basically did a tumble around the pole and landed on her feet on the ground. It always gave her butterflies. "Wanna try?"She asked looking up at Sammy

Samual was sure that this day would end up being fantabulous, he could almost sense it. Jungle gyms were fantastic, and friends were even better, so it logic worked, friends plus Jugle Gyms would equal a fantabulous time and he was excited for it. Admittedly he had limited time here, since Tamalia was grounded, she wasn't allowed anywhere, and Sammy would feel bad if he spent the day having loads of fun, while she was stuck up in her room with nothing to do. Tama wasn't a sociable person, but even the quiet got lonely, and Samual didn't want to have his sister feeling lonely, on top of everything else he was sure she was feeling, that just wouldn't be fair, and Lisa wasn't about to spend time with her, she didn't even look at her when they were having dinner or anything, she was super angry, butr Tamalia was angry at her too, and both could hold grudges, so this could be going on for a very long time yet. Samual nodded. Stress repelled the Gryffindor and he really hated it, Sammy had to be the worst stresser ever to exist, usually he wouldn't really get stressed, but once he was, it was impossible to make him feel better unless everything had been done and dusted. "Maybe you should get a stress ball?" That was his very first thought. Stress ball, to cope with any stress she felt, besides, they were funny things and made him laugh, so they helped release stress that way too. Sammy chewed on his bottom lip and looked for words that would describe his situation, without boring poor Star with stories about his dysfunctional family and how they totally were not coping with anything these days. "Things have been... okay. Tamalia is very angry right now, as is everyone. I think the only people that don't care about her expulsion are Hamish, Lucy and Bethany, but they're four, they don't really understand it." That was the simplest way of explaining everything, he could have gone into so much detail, but he really didn't want to focus on that stuff, since he was here to have fun, not heart-to-hearts.

The explaination of who Sophia was was easily understood by the Gryffindor, the Mckays had been friends turned family, well, one of them anyway. Nadia was welcomed into the family with open arms, she was immediately given a room to stay in and soon adopted by Lisa, Richard... not so much, but he was also an adult, completely evil and Sammy's suspected that he was a little nutty, considering he failed to registor he had a daughter because she wasn't a pure-blood, like it was her fault that her mother was a muggle. The Mulloy's were a close family relation as well, Lisa knew Mrs. Mulloy very well and Samual often found himself dropping Hamish off over there so he could play, since Lucy and Bethany tended to leave him out of games because he was a boy, something Samual remembered all too well, but unlike Hamish, he didn't have a friends house he could go to all the time. "That's really cool, she must be a good friend." Sammy hoped that when he was older and had kids and all of that, he'd still manage to have close friends that he could see regularly, he wasn't entirely sure what he wanted to do, though being a Professor sounded really fantastic, or a Healer. They were both pretty demanding jobs, but he was sure that he'd manage to find a way to work around the hours and still have fun and make friends, he wasn't sure he could live in a world where he didn't get to talk to people on a regular basis. Samual laughed along with her, the only thing he'd really enjoy in a coffee shop was the cookies they always had in stock, they were something to buy everyday, if he got the chance. Samual looked at his finger, than to Star and nodded, he wasn't dying, or bleeding, and nothing was broken, so it was all good. "Yeah I'm fine, unless I'm allergic to red marks, then we may have a problem." He joked, acting like he was going to faint dramatically. Sammy followed Star as she climbed higher, and when she did a sort of tumbling act, that reminded him of circus acts, Samual shrugged, what was the worst that could happen? The answer wasn't a very good one, but he did it anyway, landing pretty well on his feet, and getting butterflies in his stomach, but it was still fun. "You know what we should do?" He questioned, looking at the unoccupied swingsets, a grin growing on his face. "Who can swing higher?" Immediately, Sammy begain racing towards the swings, and threw himself onto one. "Well come on!"

This day was going to turn out a lot better then she had expected.Truthfully she probably would have been sulking for the whole day.Thinking about Ryan and what not but now she had someone to take her mind off everything. She needed it really or else she would just depress and anger herself more.Star wasn't an angry sort of person. She was usually calm and happy and generally felt no ill towards anyone but she wasn't feeling like that anymore. There was a constant anger and hurt stuck inside her.Maybe she was just being stubborn. That was a family trait really.Every single Moon was stubborn. It was helpful in some ways and just annoying in others.Stubborness and pride had been the down fall for Kate and Ryan.It was her stubborn side that was stopping her from forgiving Ryan and getting on with their lives and Sara was just stubborn when it came to arguments. Her parents were stubborn too.It had often led to many fights because no one would ever give up.Made silly arguments last for days. But Star was also worried about him.She knew he was lost,he didn't know who he was and she felt so bad not being there for him.But she just couldn't forgive him that easily. It was going to take a while longer for her to fully forgive and forget. It was stressing the young Ravenclaw out.She hadn't been doing much. She had been restless not sure what she wants to do.Sta thought about his suggestion. "Not a bad idea"She said thoughtfully. She would see if it would work, she wasn't sure how it would turn out but it was worth a try.Star nodded and smiled sympathetically.Things probably weren't good at his house at the moment.Star would hate to be in his situation. And she thought her family were bad. "Things will get better over time, things might not be exactly the same but they'll get better"Star said. She wished she could believe her own advice.

Star loved Sophia the best.Unlike most other people she actually noticed Star. She payed her compliments and asked her about her photography and running and reading.Star actually felt wanted and special around Sophia. She made her feel as if she was worth something. It was not a feeling often felt by Star.Because she was so quiet no one really noticed her.Star thought this was because she is insignificant compared to the rest of her siblings but it is actually because she was so shy and quiet, completely the opposite to the rest of them so people tend to notice Kate,Ryan and Sara first and by the time they come to Star she is usually up in her room or off somewhere reading a book.Sophia has known them all for so long that she usually goes to Star first because she knows what will usually happen.Star doesn't realize this and thinks its because she is insignificant to the rest. But really everyone notices her as much as the rest but she is usually gone by the time they get to her. "Yeah, she is like a second mum"Star said grinning. They would often joke that Sophia was Mum number 2.Because they didn't see her often when ever they did,it would be a big occasion. It was easier now that they came to New Zealand regularly and they could easily skype from England. She hoped that when she was older she would have friends like Sophia. She hoped that the people she made friends with in school would stick by her.Close friends who would always have your back and you theirs.Star has never 'hung' out with anyone by her sisters and brother. It's almost a foreign concept hanging out with friends. She hoped that in the near future she would actually do that. She wanted to really get out there and make friends and enjoy life a bit more. She didn't want to be the shy ,quiet girl anymore.Star smiled and laughed as he feinted a faint.Star clapped when he did the flip.He was good for someone doing it for the first time.Usually the ended up landing on their butt.Star laughed and ran over to the swings, jumping right on one.Swings were one of the best things in parks.Such a simple idea and yet they were so much fun. Soon they were both swinging high "Come on now Samual Kaster, you can do better then that"She teased, swinging higher. Her blond hair was whipping back and forth each time she swung. It was a wonderful feeling.

Samual was grateful that he'd decided to come to this park, at first he was questioning his decision, and the original reason why he'd come here wasn't exactly pleasant. He was sure if he ran into Annalie again he'd faint or scream or something. Sometimes he wondered if Annalie was actually stalking him, since he had ran into her an awful lot the past year, it was a little creepy. But she hated his guts, so he was quite sure she wasn't stalking him, it'd be more likely that she was plotting his death, rather than stalking him, not that Annalie killing him was a better thought than Annalie stalking him. 'Why am I thinking about Annalie?' Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, Sammy nodded. Star was right, things would eventually get better, they tended to get better some day, and he'd say the same things to people. It gets better. People change and become better. Situations and trials finish and everything is better. The better only gets better, just like the worst can only get better. Sometimes he questioned the legitimacy of all of those statements. Did things really get better? Or did they just change, and morph into different problems or situations and not really heal at all? Sammy could give a few examples of things seemingly never getting better, such as his family, one things is overcome, or buried away, and then it's either brought back out with a vengeance, or something entirely new decides to pop up out of nowhere and attempt to ruin the family relations. It was nice to know that atleast he could look to someone to get a few comforting words from, because even the happiest of people sometimes needed a few words of comfort. "Yeah, I hope so. They usually bounce back." It was just a matter of waiting half a million years, but eventually his family would be back to being best friends, they usually did.

Sammy nodded at the description of the woman named Sophia. If was obvious that Star cared for her, you didn't go around calling just any woman a second mother to you, well, Sammy never did. Even Lisa wasn't quite like a second mother to him, no-one ever could be, but it was probably different when you no longer had a mother to compare another woman with. It was a well known fact that people usually didn't realise how wonderful their mothers were, until they were no longer there to be wonderful, but then again, some mothers weren't exactly the most fantabulous women to ever exist, but they were still somebodies mother and should be respected and acknowledged. "A very good friend then. I think my mum had someone like that, her name was Katrina, but she doesn't come around anymore." The main reason for that was Katrina and Lisa never really got along, Sammy wasn't sure why, probably personality clashes, or the fact that Katrina had known their mother better than Lisa had, it probably didn't sit well at all. Hopefully something like that didn't happen when Sammy was old, and married, he wanted to make sure that his hopeful future family stuck together, far better than his current family, because it just didn't seem very fair right now, and he knew it would be very fair on them. Bowing to Star's claps, Sammy shook his left foot a little, since he hadn't done crazy flips and tumbles like that since gymnastics, and that was seemingly a million years ago. "I think my foot felt asleep." He joked, flipping his curls out of his face once again.Sammy raced over to the swings with Star, and quickly dived onto one. Call him childish, but Samual loved playing on swings, and he loved challenging people to swing-offs with people. He remembered when he challenged another person to a swing-off, but he couldn't remember the boys name. Either way, swing-sets were amazing and he was happy to just swing on them all day. Sammy kept pace with Star, not really exerting himself just yet, he was quite sure that he'd be able to beat her because he'd been on swings a lot all his life, so he was quite accustomed to swing-offs. Sammy scoffed when Star teased him. "Are you implying that I am not already kicking your butt?" He teased back, using his legs to swing higher. He was at an advantage, he was taller than Star and so had a slightly power advantage, one that he wasn't afraid of using.
