Norton had discovered a love for the stars while at school, but he wasn't able to do that all the time. Since the nighttime was when he was forbidden to go out of the common rooms. Well, it was the curfew. He could look at the stars from the dorm room, but he had to do something during the day. The boy had been part of the wild patch club since he'd first gotten to the school, and Norton had been enjoying being in the gardens. It was nice to his hands dirty, it was nice to spend time in the place where all the flowers grew. He did especially like it during the rose season, or just after the rose season when there were still dozens of roses about the place. He had gotten some plant seeds from the wild patch cupboard and had found a little patch of the dirt where he could plant a few flowers. The boy dug a little hole and put the seed into the ground. He covered up with dirt and fetched a little bit of water to water the ground. He sat down in front of it, and wondered if there were any spells, other than the one for pumpkins that they had learned ages ago. But instead he just sat and watched the ground waiting for plants to grow. He hoped they would grow SOON! The wild patch was an amazing place to be, and he wanted to add a little part to it.
