Jessica didn't mind how Devlin still keeps tabs on Teagan. She didn't mind also how he spends money on her because of the life style she had grown up with. Although, sometimes, it was a bit too much but she never gets frustrated or mad about it. A typical Saturday for her means staying home. Although, she can't wait for the holidays where Teagan and her cousin would be home to spend their time with them. As the family owl arrived that morning, she scanned through the mail, only to stumble upon an invitation addressed to the family. Opening the enveloped, Teagan's name was on it.

"Why is she getting another party? Isn't the one we did enough?" This time, Jessica was furious at Devlin. How can he do this? Teagan will think she's not a good mom. Jessica thought of ignoring it but her being the mom, she should have given the best to her daughter. Grabbing her belongings with the invitations, she apparated just outside the Maxwell's home in York. It wasn't as fancy as the one in Northern Ireland but it was okay for a young Countess to live in. Teagan still has her duties but those are worked on back in the United States. Jessica was greeted by the housekeeper and lead inside of their drawing room, the blonde woman didn't even know if the person she wanted to talk to is here.

It was Saturday afternoon, a very relaxing afternoon for Ainslee, her younger sister and her sister's baby. Louise was married off early to her schoolmate and long time boyfriend, Ainslee didn't stop them from doing the matrimony as both have graduated Hogwarts and both had a job at the Ministry. Although, Louise didn't get to marry someone with title, she still have hers and duties to work with as Lady of Donigael. Ainslee was more happier that day as Arnaud had propose to her last month. She and the love of her life will get married soon. She was still in the process of thinking of a date but she would like it to be in the summer where the sun is up and warmer.

There was a knocked on the door of the tea room, their housekeeper present herself to them. "My Lady, Miss Fields is here to see your Lordship." She told the oldest Maxwell. Ainslee rolled her eyes at the mention of Jessica's last name. "I guess she got the invitation for Teagan's second attempt party for her sixteen birthday. I'll go talk to her. Thank you." She said at no one in particular. "Why must she come here for that? Teagan said it herself the first party she had was like a mock to the monarchy. My niece didn't like it and that's why she wanted another one." Louise spoke while cradling little Adam on her lap. Ainslee sigh and stood from her chair, "As far as I know, Devlin tasked us to make this party go forth. I'll leave you for a bit."The brunette older sister came out of the tea room and travel not far to the drawing room on the first floor of the manor.

Their footman opened the door and announced her arrival. "Before you say something stupid, you had agree at a joint custody for Teagan and Devlin is allowed what so ever if he wants to throw her only daughter a party or not. I only assume you're here because of the invitation sent to everyone she knows and even her real family." Ainslee wanted to say more but stopped herself. Instead, she took a seat across from her. "Please, do sit down." She offered with a mocking smile.

She was pacing back and forth. She wanted to talk with Devlin himself and clarify the mistake that he did. Once she heard the door to the drawing room opened and was announced Ainslee's arrival, the blood on her face drained out. Jessica was not in the mood to talk with the middle child of the Maxwell. Not again when the last time they talk was her ending up loosing a child. She was about to open her mouth but Ainslee went on first. "I know what's best for my daughter. She wanted that party." Jessica stated. Teagan didn't tell her anything. She didn't object about it. "If you would, please, stop this nonsense." She threw Ainslee the invitation and crossed her arms in front of her chest.
