Well, Lily's transffered from HS, so she would have all her supplies with her. Can these be put into her inventory ?

I think you should PM Cecily Rambolt as it explains in the FAQ page (here). She would be able to change your inventory to have all of your supplies in it, or she may have a different idea. Well worth PMing her for.

Yes, simply contacting Cecily is the best course of action.

Do you know how long it will take because Im in the same boat and I sent her a pm and still nothing....

Cecily is sent long lists from shopkeepers and is also an Admin. She has loads of things to do, and the inventories she gets round to eventually - just be patients. She has hundreds of them to do.

Yes, Cecily updates everything in batches.
It's the easiest way to go about it.
