Please make sure that you read this post thoroughly prior to attempting to sort.
Sorting is a two part process. First, you must complete the sorting form which is located in the sorting forum.
Fill out all fields of the form to the best of your ability.
Once you are done, you can head to the sorting ceremony to post your roleplay.
The roleplay should be of your character going to get sorted but it should not include what house they get sorted in to. That will be added for you later.
An example roleplay might look like:
Of course it can be more complex than that, or much more simple - the choice is yours.
We encourage you to complete both the sorting application and sorting post in close proximity, but the application must be completed first. If you don't, your sorting may not occur.
Once you submit both, you're done!
The sorting hat will have received a message with all your sorting information, and it will then sort you. Be patient while you wait. It could take a minute, an hour, or even a few days. Once you're sorted, your user group will be changed to reflect your house.
Within a few days of your sorting, you will receive a locked message which will include information about your new house, galleons, and shopping.
