You just normally PM an Admin with the request.
What usergroup would you like to be put in?

Assuming you wanted Dylan to return as a student in Y7 we'll need to know what house he was in (if any) along with the year he left in.
-> By your member title I'd assume he left as a second year Hufflepuff?
