Clad in the simplest outfit one could wear to a wizarding nightclub, Alliyah found it hard to believe that they let her in the fancy night club in the first place. Everyone around her was dressed in beautiful cocktail dresses that flaunted every curve they had. Well, at least the women; whilst the men were in their fine, casual clothes that accented the tone of their muscles. The night club was mostly for the well off people who did not mind spending galleons everyday to enter a night club filled with dance crazed strangers. Everything about its decor screamed expensive and well, Alliyah thought that treating herself to a place like this would earn her some good. Yesterday, she graduated from Hogwarts New Zealand and this evening, she was going to have her fun until she wanted to stop which will surely be when the early cracks of the sun seeped into view. She doubted she would be able to bring home any company for tonight or she would be brought to a stranger's abode. Nevertheless, Alliyah assured herself that with a little amount of alcohol and beautiful, blaring dance tracks later, she will be in a state of euphoria and recklessness. Celebrations were in order and despite being alone, Ally was ready to kill the dance floor all by herself and earn several pats on the back by strangers who were normally, a lot older than she was.

Two shots and a custom made cocktail later, Alliyah was feeling rather light. It was not anything to make her mind go on a roller coaster, but she still felt that her steps were lighter and she grinned a lot this time. It was almost eleven in the evening and the number of wizards and witches around were increasing by the hour. Everything felt brilliant now and she felt the surge of magic around her heighten. Back in muggle clubs, she really did not feel any thrill of magic around. Having a good time with those of her kind was uniquely appealing and she planned not to stop any soon.

Wiping the starting sweat from her brow, Ally wriggled her way from the center of the club to the bar, where the bartenders were serving various drinks that the customers requested. There were not much stools left and that left Ally wondering where the hell she could observe the crowd from afar without having to sweat her glands out. At the side of the bar, there was a slight space that she could station herself on and at the same time capture the attention of the bartender. Ally's goofy grin grew bigger and she approached the side space. There, it was not too crowded and all she could make out was the person beside her, with her wavy brown hair and skinny figure. Initially, she thought of ignoring the female who looked to be her age however, Alliyah cannot resist but talk to someone. "Why the hell are you having just that? That's not enough, love!" She yelled over the crowd, hoping the brunette would hear her. The music was blaring and the crowd's roar was majestic.

If there was one thing that Kialla knew without the barest shadow of a doubt, it was that money could get you anywhere. Kialla had graduated just yesterday, but she was far from ready to go home yet. At this point, Kialla was running away from the future she feared she had. There was so much that she wanted to do in her young life, but would be prevented from doing simply because of who she was. It was for this reason that Kialla had chosen to flash some cash at the guy on the door who had readily agreed to allow her entry to this wizarding club. Kialla had never been to a place like this before and so the dress code was unknown to her. However, this appeared to be a pretty classy place and she knew she was slightly under dressed, but only because of the style. Despite her hatred of dresses, Kialla found that she was trying to reinvent herself and the first thing she could think of to do, was wear something she normally wouldn't, unless she was meeting with her grandmother or something. In all honesty, that woman was suffocating the life out of her and if Kialla could get away she would. There was so much that she was afraid of and going back to her home was one of them because she knew there was only two way she could get out of there and the first option was far from appealing. That left the second option of marriage, but the only person she would even consider taking for a husband was not within her reach and whilst she would never truly give up on him, she some how knew she could never have him either. It was the sad reality of her state.

The crowd was already hopping by the time she was there and she had to wade through several groups of people, being groped as she did so. It was a really strange feeling, one that she hoped to never experience again, but she knew it was mostly of her own fault. Wearing the dress that she was and no bra, things were bound to happen. However it was only because of the design of the dress. She had literally bought it on the spot because she had not been home and it wasn't like she had anywhere to go right now. Her family would be expecting her home, but she wanted to avoid them for as long as she was able. Now that she was of age, no doubt there was a marriage contract in the works and she was dread to think the type of man her Grandmother would choose. Certainly not someone like Benjamin. She would refuse however and even move out if she was desperate enough. Though that would certainly end in her removal from the family tree and she really did love her family too much for anything drastic. Heading over to the clearest part of the club, though clear was in its loosest form here, Kialla grabbed the first empty stool she could find and placed her backside upon it, effectively claiming it as hers for the remainder of the night. She had barely an intention to move though, because she didn't really know what she was doing, it was all kind of spur of the moment type stuff. She really shouldn't be spontaneous, it never ended well.

The bartender came over and Kialla ordered something randomly off of the menu. She had no idea about these things and when the bartender gave her a weird look, she worried it would be something weird, but she didn't want to look like an amateur, so she refused to reorder. Receiving her drink, Kialla sipped it and found that she actually kind of liked it, so when she was finished the first one, she ordered another, she was rather enjoying it, whatever the heck it was. The presence of someone else beside her however, startled her, especially when they spoke to her, or rather yelled to her. She turned to look at the girl and shrugged at her. "This is my second or third one!" She returned, having to lean over to her slightly in order to be heard.

Alliyah never had an issue with talking to strangers ever since she realized that talking the people she knew was quite a bore if done everyday. Back at Hogwarts, she stopped really expanding her social circle by being the lively, little girl abruptly and surely, it caused her to gain strange looks and disapproving frowns from other people. Who knew Alliyah could just stop being all too bubbly? The only times she bounced up and down was when she consumed too much of any energy boosters. She considered a club an energy booster and her veins pumped with eagerness to do absolutely anything she wanted right now. It was a shame though if she would store all that pent up energy in her for the evening. Evenings were always much better if she had someone to generously share it with.

The brunette was a pretty one from what Alliyah could see through the party lights. She was wearing a fine dress that revealed her in all the right places and that made Ally a wee bit jealous. Why cannot she have clothes like that stored up in her closet for the world to see? Well, no matter now. She still could get her fair share of fun whilst dressed in a fairly conservative outfit. She eyed the brunette after she responded, clearly hearing her despite the sick beat all over the club. In less than two seconds Alliyah knew that she approached a classmate of hers, whom by the way was labeled as a nasty supremacist as well by their peers. Her name, Kialla Smith, was on the tip of her tongue and Ally decided to address her with it. "Smith?! You must be off your rocket to be here! What happened to your life motto of being so pure?" Alliyah didn't mean the innuendo, but it came off naturally from her tongue. She smirked wickedly at the brunette, because it looked like she wanted to have some fun but did not know how to. If she needed a teacher, Ally did not mind spending one with a snotty pureblood whilst showing her the ropes. "Don't know how to have fun? Sitting at the bar won't cut the night; you've gotta smash yourself first." She grinned, in hopes that Kialla Smith won't mind a party crazed halfblood by her side for most of the time tonight.

Kialla wasn't really the kind of person to be in a bar, or any kind of club. This whole experience was completely new to her and she was completely out of her depth. She didn't know what she was doing, she was playing it by ear, completely under the control of the atmosphere. She was trying to work out what she wanted in life and what she was running from. She thought she knew these answers, but the more she thought about them, the more she realised that she was completely out of her depth. Running was not something she would be doing under any normal circumstances, but at this present moment, she had no idea what she was doing, however she supposed that had a lot to do with the fact that she was living a completely sheltered life up until this point. Taking another sip of her drink, Kialla turned her head back to the girl as she yelled her name and she raised her eyebrow slightly. Kialla got a good look at the girl and realised that she knew who she was. "Jackson." Kialla shook her head at the girl but continued to drink from her glass of, whatever it was.

"You don't know anything, Jackson, leave it at that." Whilst Kialla wasn't so keen on being here, being with Jackson, or even being in New Zealand, she couldn't fault the girl for talking to her. After all, they had never been friends in school, but Kialla had endeavored not to be mean to people either, which had both worked and failed at the same time. As she took another sip of her drink, she finished it and placed it on the bar again. The girl, Jackson, had definitely made a name for herself during her last years. That stunt she had pulled with that Professor had ran the school like wildfire. Kialla hoped she was proud, she could've lost the man his job. Though she doubted the girl really cared. "I wasn't aware that I was attempting to cut the night." She said as she twisted her body to look at the girl. Then, not even completely sure why she was doing it, Kialla leaned forward, placing her hand on Alliyah's leg and smiled. "But why don't you show me what I'm missing? Teach me how to let loose alittle?" She wasn't sure what she was doing, but it just seemed like the right move at the time.

So Kialla Smith recognized halfbloods... Alliyah had to suppress an amused smirk, but in her state, she could not help it. She would have rolled her eyes if sobriety was with her, but really, she was quite dizzy and the blaring music did not help. However the alcohol really did not limit her actions to dancing wildly and thinking irrationally. She still was in the right mind and she could still think straight, but it was beginning to tip sideways. Ally snorted when Smith replied to her innuendo. Alliyah thought she would then leave the brunette at that, because apparently her words appeared to be speaking truths. What caught Ally's attention was the firm hand that was placed on her leg and a thrill of excitement shot up her spine. She grinned loosely, biting her lip as she felt it. "Hun, you should have let loose ages ago." Alliyah laughed, placing a hand on Kialla's arm. Slowly she let go, after allowing her fingertips to graze a portion of skin. Kialla's skin was warm and nice and Alliyah knew that consummation of alcohol could make one warmer than ever. Alcohol made Ally sweat sometimes, when the weather was all humid and nasty. This night would probably be unpredictable, since the dancing bodies of the crowd (despite the women's fancy cocktail dresses) was heated.

"You're in luck tonight. Good thing you don't have that Head Boy with you. He's like a dad; well, at least an older brother. Bloody insane!" She told Kialla over the music, shrugging like she was talking about a small fruit fly. The brunette always had their Year's Head Boy by her side. It was annoying and silly simultaneously. Alliyah leaned on the bar with two coins in her hand. She chucked it at the bartender as soon as he saw the golden coins and smiled lazily. "Six shots. Vodka." Their drinks were delivered in a matter of seconds and she divided the glasses; three for Kialla and three for her. When Ally wrapped her fingers around the familiar shot glass, she raised it up. "To our graduation, freedom and alcohol." Ally downed her first shot, leaving exactly two left. The vodka ran through her throat with a burn, but she liked the effect it left her with. "This babe and I are you teachers tonight. Smith, if you want to let loose, you've got to let go of the tension with this! Alliyah leaned in to be heard, because she sensed that a new wave of people just came in the night club.

What was she even doing? Kialla was completely out of her depth, her element and her mind. She was tugging on a thread at the moment and soon that thread was going to unravel and the tapestry of her life would tear. However right now, Kialla just didn't care. Another sip of her drink only served to lessen Kialla's worries and though she knew she should probably slow down, she was starting to see why people actually liked alcohol. It helped people, it made them forget their worries. Kialla was probably going to regret this in the morrow, but right now, she couldn't have cared less. With a final tip of her wrist, Kialla downed the rest of the drink and pushed the glass away. Though she liked what she was drinking, she'd now tired of it and was busy with something else on her mind. Kialla smiled at the blonde beside her when she spoke and looked down at the hand on her arm. It made her feel all tingly and she decided that she quite liked the feeling too. Skin to skin contact was something Kialla was definitely not used too in any kind of form at all. She was never hugged as a child and the only person she hugged when she was older was Benjamin or her siblings, though she was not usually one for hugs or anything anyway, though she was learning. Sitting back in her seat and crossing her legs, Kialla leaned her elbow atop the counter and leaned her cheek into her palm, her eyes never straying from her companion. To be honest, Kialla had never really paid much attention to anyone in her year, let alone bother to learn their names. The only reason she knew Miss Jackson was purely based upon her reputation, not that she really cared. In her world, reputation was everything.

"Well, Hun, letting loose is an entirely generalised term." Kialla said, winking at the girl through the haze in her head. If this was how alcohol felt, she didn't understand why people didn't like it, it was magical! The mention of Benjamin was unexpected and it caused Kialla to sober slightly, though it didn't last long. She had been sober enough however to realise that she was really in quite a precarious position and that perhaps she should head home. "Benji's not insane... he's just uptight." The haze was back and Kialla returned to her previous position of just watching Alliyah. She would not think on Benjamin tonight. Doing so would only make things worse and that wasn't what she wanted, Kialla wanted to live a little, if that meant she had to go against everything she had ever been taught, then so be it. Kialla leaned back when Alliyah divided the vodka into two groups and pushed three to her side. Kialla had never done shots, nor had she ever had vodka, but she'd heard it done a couple of times and after watching Alliyah it was blatantly obvious what she was supposed to do with them anyway. Kialla raised her glass to Alliyah's and downed it as her companion did. Reeling from the fire down her throat, Kialla turned to Alliyah and shook her head. "You called my drink weak! This stuff is intense!" She called back, leaning her head closer to the girl's ear. Wrapping her hand around another glass, Kialla tipped it down her throat and again the burning sensation excited her. Though her throat was almost raw, she wanted all the experiences she could get. She needed this, whether she knew it or not.

"Uptight and insane; it's the same thing to me!" Ally shrugged with a knowing smile. People who were raised in strict pureblood families suffered, although having to be classmates with Benjamin Chase, she knew that he was somewhat looser compared to other purebloods. At least he did not go around proclaiming about his family's traditions as purebloods. Some were too stuck up that they did it and were even proud about it. Alliyah thought that Kialla's world was way different than hers. It was a bizarre thing -- fate brought them together tonight to have some shots. Basically what they were having now was a spontaneous girls' night out, despite them not being friends in any manner when they were under the state of soberness and self control.

With only two shots left to drink on, Alliyah was feeling lightweight. Wasn't this her third shot or so, since she began her alcohol intake prior to talking to Kialla? She could not remember and she felt her head go easy on her. The familiar buzz was back in her system and all she could focus on was the beautiful brunette sitting down and the pumping music that encouraged all people to shake their bodies - even if they were clad in the tightest form of dresses. Good thing for Ally she was comfortable so she would sure spend all her energy doing something fun and mind you, that fun did not have to be limited to dancing and drinking shots all night long. "Come on, finish your shots. It takes only five seconds to do it!" Ally said after downing her second glass. It was a burning liquid that seeped through her throat down to her belly, leaving her hot and loose all over. "Done? Whatever, let's f*cking dance." Ally said as she winked at Kialla, grabbing her hand and pulling her close to the dance floor. On the other hand of Alliyah was her last shot glass and she raised it up as she swayed her hips to the music. She smirked coyly at Kialla, letting her hand linger on her shoulder before letting go and allowing herself to be trapped by the fast beat and upbeat tone of everything around her. It was time to let loose, indeed!

Kialla wasn't a drinker, she'd never really had alcohol for. There was once or twice when she'd had a sip of wine or something like that, but she had never finished the glass because she wasn't allowed too and the wine wasn't for her to drink, it was the sophistication. A lady did not get drunk, or so were the values her parents had instilled in her from a young age. She could host a party for a thousand people, or entertain two guests with as much efficiency as any skilled worker, because that was what she was taught to do. She could handle a business deal one handed and make a potion with her eyes closed, but none of these things could have possibly prepared her for the situation she currently found herself in. She still wasn't entirely sure what was happening, but she was enjoying it never the less. Even the small touches from other patrons were beginning to bother her less and less as she sat at the bar, alternating between staring at Alliyah and drinking whatever was placed in front of her. Should her parents or her grandmother ever learn of this, they would punish her, but for now she was content to let herself have some fun. She had been a good girl, she only associated with Benjamin and Victoria whilst at school, she did all she was asked, what more could her family want from her? There was so much they didn't know and they she didn't say, there was so much she didn't know and didn't ask about, it made sense that both sides had their secrets even if she was supposed to be open and honest about all things. Her parents had little to no confidence in her anymore so she hardly needed to bother.

Kialla looked over at Alliyah for what had to have been the millionth time. She nodded at the girl and followed the instruction given as she tipped her head back with her last shot. The resulting burn let her feeling open and alive inside and it was something she was very much going to enjoy. The sudden pull of her hand left her reeling as she attempted to regain her balance, managing to find her feet as Alliyah took her hand off of her shoulder and tossed herself into the music. Kialla wasn't sure about dancing, she only knew how to dance ballroom, slow, sophisticated things. Certainly nothing she could use here, though it was said that if you could dance the tango you could dance anything. Kialla greatly disagreed as she watched all of the dancers, Alliyah included. She wasn't convinced what they were doing could even be considered dancing, not really. Still, she supposed she might as well enjoy herself, she wouldn't be able to leave here anytime soon anyway, the doorway was blocked quite thoroughly. She could feel the sweat building as she moved in closer to Alliyah and grabbed the girl around the waist. Reaching over to the bar that wasn't that far away, Kialla pulled another glass of something towards her and downed it immediately. Alliyah had a head start on her after all, so she needed to catch up. She would take this day, just this one day to let loose and be someone else with no worries. Then when she went home she could forget all about this and accept an arranged marriage with no qualms. She was sure that was what was awaiting her after all. She pressed herself closer to Alliyah and lost herself in the dancing. Perhaps she would be able to ignore the fact that there were a bunch of smelly half breeds and mudbloods around, because frankly, she was dancing with one, so what right did she have to judge?

Whoever said Alliyah Jackson would be spending a night with the one of the major supremacists of her school was most likely insane. Ally hated people like Kialla when they preached about the goodness of their blood and some other bullsh*t like that. This was the modern world, where people valued equality in every aspect of their life. Purists were only an obstacle and when Ally was faced with someone like Kialla Smith, she would either curse them or walk away. Right now though in the dark, everything and everyone simply did not give a damn about statuses regarding anything. Perhaps the sober ones still did, but the majority was lost in the rhythm of the music and the blaring beat. Whoever was administering the music was killing it and Alliyah wished she could acquire some rad skills like that. If that particularly happened by luck, there would be a party hosted by Ally every week. Everyone was invited except for those who'd only go to judge. But for Kialla, Alliyah was willing to make a massive exception. The girl was actually not so bad when she did not look down upon you and Ally yearned to explore this more humane side to the former Slytherin.

She hooted as a huge grin tugged on the thinness that was her lips. Ally loved dancing, though she was not particularly good at it. All she had to do anyway was sway her hips and look appealing, which apparently was not too difficult once you got the right amount of practice. "You're as stiff as a pen!" Ally shouted through the music and went to Kialla and took her hand loosely. She winked at Kia and put an arm around the brunette and looked sideways. "Your hips have to move more. That's just not doing it!" A catchy beat caught the night club, driving the people to the exciting edge even more. Suddenly an idea lit up Ally's eyes and she smirked coyly at Kia. "Watch this," instructed the blonde as she took the lead and placed a hand on Kia's shoulder. Ally moved to face Kialla directly and with her other free hand, fist pumped in the air as her lower body kept her going sexily. Ally wanted to be noticed and for the first time in her life, she wanted Kialla to actually notice her and her alone.

Kialla wasn't quite sure what had caused her to lose her mind, but she quite obviously had done so. Whether it was before entering Hogwarts, after Graduation, or the moment she entered the club, she wasn't sure, all she knew was that she had most definitely lost what little control she had over her mind. Being in the club had been the first step in her downfall no doubt and things had continued to spiral as the night continued. However, Kialla wasn't ready to call it a miss yet, as she was enjoying herself, whatever she may have thought of her companion. Opinions aside, dancing was something she enjoyed and whether or not she was doing it well, or correctly, did not matter to her in the least. She knew how dancing was supposed to look and that was all that really mattered in the end, whether she was recognised for her lack of skill or forethought, it matter not. The beat of the music and the feel of Alliyah was enough to keep her going. The buzz that clouded her mind kept her from thinking about what should come after, but as long as she was doing this, she was glad it was with Alliyah, whatever that meant.

Alliyah's ministrations and her careful touches moved Kialla in ways she had never thought about before. Never one to be upstaged, at least not by someone of lesser blood, Kialla immediately jumped to copy the girl and even throw in her own moves as she did so. Keeping her body pressed close to Alliyah was not hard, as the bodies of most everyone else kept them from splitting. The hard part came where Kialla actually wanted to be able to breath. Jumping into the air was one of the only ways she could find her breath and it often brought her right back to where she had started. Her dress did not leave much to the imagination and the sweat that came from her dancing made it cling to her in various places. Even with her feet beginning to hurt, Kialla kept dancing. "So this is club dancing," Kialla had always wondered about it. She had seen it once or twice in those silly muggle movies that the Professor of Muggles Studies used to show them, but she had never realised it might have been universal. As far as she was concerned, all magical people learned the proper art of dance, though it seemed she was well mistaken. "Not as bad as it seems." Whether she actually meant it, or was trying to seem interested, Kialla didn't know, however it did not chance her stance.

The music changed again and Kialla grabbed hold of Alliyah, ignoring the hand currently on her shoulder and pushed her further towards the outside of the ring of dancers. Kialla was flushed red and a sheen of sweat glistened under the strobe lights. "I don't know about you, but i need more to drink, water too." She winked at Alliyah and then order more shots of Vodka with a lime and then some ordinary water. She couldn't very well have herself, or Alliyah for the matter, just dying in the middle of a club. The paperwork alone would be monstrous.
