As a first year who had very little experience with socialising, Tres was finding it particularly hard to find the students on her list for the rose deliveries. She resorted to simply asking anyone if they knew who "Ana" was, but so far she hadn't had much luck except for a kind older boy who'd told her there was an Analei in Hufflepuff. Tres hadn't been great with the pronunciation, but taking a chance and hanging around outside the common room, she hoped she'd come across the correct badger soon.

Having already received a pink rose, Analei was feeling on top of the world. She clung the rose and note close to her, in her own world. She was starting to feel a bit bad that she hadn't sent Edmund a rose back, but would definitely make it up to him. With a smile, Analei made her way towards her Common Room so she could put it in some water.

“Ana?” The young Slytherin was still questioning everyone that passed her, getting increasingly frustrated. Eventually with a heavy sigh, she had to admit defeat, Tres was never going to find her around here, perhaps she had the wrong house? Taking out some parchment, and made a small note that read “If your name is Ana, I have a rose for you - Tres II” and propped it up on the floor outside the Hufflepuff common room.

As Analei approached the Common Room, she saw a younger girl putting something up on the floor by the Common Room entrance. She raised an eyebrow, but saw it was a note. Analei looked at the girl. "Did you need help with something?" She asked, noticing the roses.

Tres almost jumped out of her skin when she realised she'd been caught out after not being able to find the right person. "Erm, maybe? Is there someone called Ana in Hufflepuff?" she asked the older girl.

Analei thought about whether there was an Ana in Hufflepuff for a second with a small frown. She didn't really know any other people. "Umm, I don't think so. There's an - Anette maybe? In first year? But otherwise... Oh and I'm Analei?" She said, still unsure. She didn't think it would be her though - she had already received a rose.

“Analei?” Tres repeated, realising this whole time that was how it was pronounced. Finally. “Yes it’s you, I have this for you,” she added, pulling out the rose she’d been trying to deliver for ages, glad to finally unite it with its owner.

We need to catch up sometime.
