Remus was walking down the dark alley of Bleak street when he felt threatened as per usual when he was in the alley way's. Remus trailed off to a narrow alley despite hating tight spaces it was the safest place for a Good Wizard to be in a dark and forsaken place like this, he was here looking for Some one to fill him in about Acwel, but is that what he would get?
 
Luxen saw the man pass by the windows once more, this man seemed to walk down Bleak Street with little fear and yet never bought anything from the shops. This time was different as Luxen could see her Dark Auror around the man, she wanted him dead and who was Luxen to dissapoint. Luxen grabbed his Dementor's cloak and slowly left his shop the sun was set and darkness was now his ally. With a loud CRACK! Luxen apparated onto the roof of one of the local shops hiding amonst the chimney's slowly so as not to be seen Luxen pulled the hood over his cloak allowing it's powers to activate creating an auror of fear that would be able to give him an advantage. Luxen looked at the man once more in the darkest part of the alley, sure enough he had the Dark Lady's mark which meant that he had to die.

CRACK! Luxen apparated once more appearing beneath the man in the Bleak Street Sewers. The smell was enough to make one vomit but not Luxen as his cloak masked the smell so that it would be more tolerable. Luxen moved throughout the sewers getting closer to his prey. Through some nearby gutters he could see the man that would so boldly enter Bleak Street now that Luxen was back. CRACK! Luxen apparated again this time in another set of alleys that lead to the pit of Bleak Street where Luxen would meet his prey and end his life. Like a Dementor ready to suck the soul from an inocent person Luxen was more than ready to strike, to kill.
 
Remus made himself look to be as clear as possible, he was hoping to find Luxen but in many ways he didn't want to meet with the man. Many Said Luxen was insane, a murderous savage beast, a Prisoner of Azkaban. He advanced out slowly, he could feel the evil of Luxen's presence beneath him several times. Remus did feel nervous but as an experienced wizard in situations of the such he had the Courage to face something, even Luxen. Remus awaited the evil being as he stepped into the open part of the Alley, he awaited the feeling that he had felt seconds before from Luxen's aurora grow closer and once it had, he would know when to defend himself... Or Strike, he knew Luxen wouldn't talk unless he was impressed.
 
Luxen stood before the man watching him with deep satisfaction as his trap came ever closer to succumbing the man. Luxen was not a fool and had not just been apparating around for his health. He'd Planted something as a little insurance in case the man thought himself talented. Luxen pulled his wand out and used it to increase the fear that his cloak gave off. Nobody would be immune to the power of this cloak that had been altered just a bit more than the normal supply. Luxen tapped his wand in his hand as something appeared, Peruvian Darkness Powder. Luxen tossed it slowly on the ground as it turned away all that was bright in the night. They were now in the alley of darkness where Luxen had the advantage.
 
Remus didn't expect Luxen to be stupid but then again, he didn't expect him to be all that smart either, As the alley began to become a deep and pitch black, Remus smirked slightly. He had dealt with the stuff before, but never liked when it was used against him, it was a Disadvantage to himself and Remus was one to play rather fair, He channeled his courage and readied himself for a battle based on his hearing and feeling of the directions of the spells to come, "Very Well Done..." He said toward the area in front of him as he ran forward hands in front as he maneuvered his way around buildings entering a shop he had caught the feeling of the door. Remus entered the shop feeling around it as he did, he would hear a crack, or the door open when Luxen arrived.
 
Luxen heard the man enter the shop and smiled darkly underneath his cloak "What will I do now?" Luxen mused darkly as he raised his wand "I think I'll do this" Luxen said as he waved his wand at the building where he had heard the door 'Bombarda' Luxen thought as he sent the powerfull explosion towards the building. Specifically Luxen had aimed for the roof so that everything in the building would end up crashing down upon the foolish man. The shop was old and no longer used since the Silver Snake had taken it's customer's away so Luxen didn't have to worry about any neighbors coming out. Luxen heard his weapons as they manuevered all around him hidden by night and the darkness powder. They would kill the man as soon as soon as he showed himself, assuming he wasn't already dead.
 
As Remus heard the loud blast, and the command of Bombarda Remus removed his wand and he Non-verbally cast "Protego Totalum" over himself so that he was not hit or harmed. Remus had his ears perked up he needed to be on full alert and once the roof had fallen in he took his chance, "Ascendo" he cast again non verbally sending him air born out through the roof and above the Alley, he had a good look at what was going on and how much of the city was covered in the dreaded smoke before he aimed his wand at the floor in mid air and cast "Spongify" causing his landing to be one of comfort, he got up and could see again and awaited his enemy.
 
This man was a fool, at least that was Luxen only impression of him as Luxen saw the man fly through the air. Luxen could easily figure out where the man was going to land and had a surprise waiting for him. Slashing his wand throughout the air non verbally casting 'Sectumsempra' one of the most darkest spells in Luxen's arsenal, without the man knowing that the spell was coming there would be know defense against it. Luxen had him this time as he smiled darkly, it was going to be quicker killing this man than he had originally thought. The night was cold and the power of the Darkness Powder would soon fade not that Luxen needed it anymore since the foe was sitting in the middle of his trap about to die.
 
Remus had not expected a Spell to be flying at him as he landed, though he was known to be good at quick thinking, Remus had time to move though there was not avoiding a complete miss, when the Spell slashed the upper of Remus' left shoulder, he gasped slightly before flicking his right hand possessing the wand up, and casting 'Duro' Non verbally at his target, he thought if he look like he was in a state of pain and cast a spell it would not be obvious as when Remus did cast the flourish of his wand merely looked like he was attempt's to grasp his shoulder.
 
Luxen looked with a bit of shock underneath his cloak as one of his silver snakes fell from the roof above poised to strike only to drop to the ground and break apart as a peice of lawn ornament. It had been close, Luxen was angry as he CRACK! Apparated away onto another roof. It was time for stealthy attacks as Luxen watched his armada of Silver Snakes V2 move silently across the ground towards their prey, they were very intune to the area around them and could dodge spells pretty well but what made the Silver Snakes V2 his favorite weapon was a special feature he had added. "Kill him my Kamekazi's!" Luxen said silently from underneath his cloak, they would explode sending shrap metal and poison all over the area. Luxen hoped the man was smarter than he looked as the snakes had been able to move all around ready to kill.
 
Remus looked at the snakes as they moved toward him, he knew nothing could pass through a shield of the such in which he was to cast after he had done something that he needed to, Remus flicked his wand forward and roared "Incendio" Casting it as he walked in a circle allowing the spell to burn a circle right round him, before he flicking his wand forward and non verbally cast "Protego Totalum". He was hoping this would hold them off for a while, and maybe even get the snakes to be killed before reaching him as they crossed the fire, this would hopefully trigger the Shrapnel and poison discharge early, though Remus was unaware they possessed this talent.
 
Luxen watch the man use his pathetic spell "If your going to try fire" Luxen said as he moved from the shadows "Your going to need something like this" He said darkly as the Snakes quickly retreated back for another chance to strike already knowing what curse Luxen would use next. Waving his wand a flaming Snake of Fiendfyre appeared flying throughout the air towards the man in his pathetic bubble. As the large snake landed onto the ground several other fiendfyre snakes broke off from him. It took great control to ensure that the powerful cursed flames didn't grow out of his grasp as they began circling the man ready to burn through his Protego and his fake fire to roast him like a Christmas Ham. "Face it, the bad guys have all the cool spells" Luxen said with a laugh as his Silver Snakes hissed in the shadows like a choir of death.
 
Remus spun his wand in his hand as he aimed his wand to his arm "Episky" he said as it healed over, before he looked to the snakes around him, Remus was in a brief state of panic he wasn't sure if he should do what was coming to Mind, but he had to, He aimed his wand at the Bubble around him "Finite.." He said as he aimed the wand at himself once more as he apparated and landed next to Luxen on the roof now, holding his wand at point blank range, "Stupefy!" He growled as the beam emerged from his wand.
 
Luxen saw the bubble as it dissapeared and knew at once what the man had in mind. Luxen jumped from the building as the man appeared behind him casting his spell landing on the alley with a slight shock of pain. 'As long as we walk together Luxen, I shall protect you' her voice said calmly in the back of Luxen's mind as he felt the pain fade away. The man was completely insane! Had Luxen been stupefied as the man had wanted Bleak Street and probably Obsidion Harbor would have burned to the ground as the Fiendfyre would've been able to move around completely unchecked. Luxen turned towards the flaming Snakes as they had been able to grow larger. Pointing his wand at the fiendfyre Anaconda's Luxen regained control as large beads of sweat began coming from his forehead. Luxen summoned one of the snakes to him as he got back to his feet, the snake would gaurd him from a second attack like that as the other two Snakes began charging towards the building lighting it in fiendfyre. Luxen was ready to put out the flames just as soon as the man was dead, the air was growing thin as well as Luxen's patience for this man and his pathetic attempts.
 
Remus looked below him at the snakes aiming his wand at one and then the other casting 'Depulso' Non verbally, at them causing the Snakes to re appear in the water of the Obsidian Harbor, he had at least banished the snake's but what for the final snake and his official target.

Luxen had enough, the aura around the man had vanished meaning that the lady no longer wanted him dead which meant that he was utterly useless. The man could never prove that Luxen was the one he had dueled with and that was all Luxen cared about as the Flaming Snake wrapped around him giving him perfect cover as he apparated away into the night, leaving the man and the destroyed buildings of Bleak Street behind The Fiendfyre was left behind however to give the man a final bit of worry as it grew larger than the building itself and began to multiply. It would take more than just a banishing charm to stop these things. The man had done nothing special in Luxen's opinion and had barely managed to stay alive. He was weak and no longer deserved Luxen's attention as he turned towards more important things like going home and playing with his three year old son, Luthor. The dark lady had been satisfied and that was really all Luxen needed.
 
Remus turned his attention to Luxen before seeing him Vanish and then the snake grew to a huge height and Multiply, Remus wasn't worried the slightest. He thought to himself to use the dark magic he had once learned in his Dueling days, it was the only thing to work. Remus flung his wand arm forward, then his other arm back, and above his head. With a flourish of the wand in a jaggered formation down the line of Snakes, he cast 'Sectumsempra' non-verbally cutting down the Line up of Duplicated Snakes. As he did this it allowed him to simply banish them once more bringing them down to a more equal size if not Less from the terrible cut's in which allowed them to split several times before Remus flung his wand up and cast at every one of them, 'Depulso!' aloud, sending these final Snake into Obsidian Harbor's Waters.
 
Tin had been drinking a lovely strange drink that had belonged to his masters, it was a potion that was still being tested and unfortunately for Tin he'd been an unwillingly guinea pig. Not that Tin objected since he was a loyal Elf that would do anything for his masters. The battle however had been far from quiet as Tin looked out the window to see his master leaving the scene. Tin decided to investigate further as he CRACK! onto the the roof of the Silver Snake. Tin was happy since the colors of the flames were so bright but also felt an undesirable hatred for the man that killed the lovely fire snakes. CRACK! Tin apparated in front of the man as the effects of the potion took full effect. "Bad!" Tin said darkly as he stood his ground in front of the man "Bad man must be punished" Tin said with a slight chuckle as he glared at the man, his childlike innocence gone and replaced with a cold statue like demeanor that meant business.
 
Remus' eyes widened to the House elf, that appeared before him, Just as things were looking up this happened. Remus looked at the elf, he picked that it must be at least a friend if not slave to Luxen, "Look." He said looking at the House Elf, "Let us talk this over." He said looking at the elf, Remus had a way of seeing good in all and until he was to be attacked didn't want to harm the elf.
 
A dakrness in Tin's eyes he simply looked at the man with pure hatred in his eyes "murderer must be punished" Tin said as he snapped his fingers. The nearby remains of the building that had been blown to peices came to life as they began soaring towards the man ready to crush him. Tin looked at the boulders as they began to fly towards them knowing that it wasn't enough. Tin snapped his fingers again as the boulders mutated with sharp spikes pertruding from them. Tin had to punish this man and would not allow him to get away with his treachory. Tin knew that if Morganna Le'Creigh arrived before this man was dead she would be most displeased and therefore Tin must work quickly.
 
Remus saw the hatred in the Elves eyes, he wasn't pure all Elves had some kind of kindness in them. Remus saw him click his finger's before he looked up to the surroundings that formed into sharp objects and blasted toward him. Remus had to think fast and something he was quite good at. He flicked his wand down to aim at the floor, "Incendio!" he said as he spun in a circle, causing the roof beneath him to fall downward, and he went with it landing onto a table before rolling of as he groaned slightly in pain thought this was no time to think about Pain, Remus knew the Elf would have to get off the roof in order to crush Remus himself, and to do so would need to drop concentration, Just in case Remus cast his wand into a flourish and Non-verbally cast 'Protego Totalum', Shielding him from any damage. Remus was not only out of the House elf's sight, but may even defeat him with his own spells.
 
]Normally Tin would've acted on instant yet this time he was calm, determined. Tin stopped his spheres in their tracks as he waited patiently deciding what move to use next. Tin was normally more wild and unpredicatble but this time he was simply murderous. Tin snapped his fingers twice, the first in order to send his deadly spheres back to normal the second to go into hiding. When the man least suspected it Tin would strike again with quick and deadly precesion. Tin was a good Elf and this man was a bad man who had to be punished. The world began to grow cold as Tin wished he had some more of his happy juice.
 
Remus waited some time as his shield wore down and he looked up to the hole above him that he had fallen through, the Area had fallen silent. If this elf was anything like his master, he would be skilled and sneaky Remus knew that so he was more then alert. Remus flicked his wand 'Acendio' He cast non-verbally as he rose up to the roof, landing down firmly. Remus looked around the area, the large rubble had fallen to the floor as it once was and the Elf was out of sight, Doubtful Remus thought to himself, that Elf was determined and so was his master, there was no way in hell that the Elf had gone, merely hiding and waiting for the right moment. Remus held his wand firm as he smiled to himself casting 'Avis' non - verbally and sent a flock of birds into the air, before aiming his wand at them and casting 'Oppungo' non-verbally rendering the birds under his Control, and he sent them out to search for the hidden Elf, they sure enough where to find him.
 
Tin saw the little birdies searching for him as he snapped his fingers, several knives appeared in front of him Tin snapped his fingers once more as the knives began chasing after the little birdies who were doomed from the start. They screeched in horror as they flapped there wings as quickly as they could but to know avail, one by one the little birdies felt the cold steel as Tin chuckled with laughter. CRACK! Tin appeared in front of the man as the bloodstained knives appeared around Tin. "If you wanted to play with Tin, you need only ask" Tin said darkly as he began charging the man his knives front and center, two of them broke formation to attack from the left and right as Tin yelled in pure rage.
 
Remus smirked to the Elf as he appeared before he looked at the knives, the several coming from front and the other two from his left and right, Remus flicked his body into formation aiming his wand Forward at the middle Knife, "Confringo!" He growled, as it hit the middle knife, causing the explosion to over come the others beside it before aiming to his left then right, Casting 'Everte Statum' Non- verbally, Casting the knives to fly backward and landed off to the side of the roof, before he turned back to the Elf and aimed his wand at him, 'Expulso' he cast non -verbally so that it would hit just infront of the Elf.
