I need everything

As promised I have made a new character Neiko. He is from Italy and knows Italian. He moved to New Zealand when he was ten. He learned English and doesn't have much of a accent unless he trys to use it. Neiko is friendly and loyal. He is gay, but can be friends with guy's without it being awkward. He is very social and loves people. He likes to bake, and is taught magic by his older brother who was also ironically a muggle born.

So he needs friends and such. And if anyone is interested in being his brother contact me, and we can talk things out.
