Not a week of classes had passed, and already Estrella was fit to scream. She hadn't gotten many assignments yet, but they would add to her pile of worries over the next few days. Being Head Girl took up enough of her time as it was. She never seemed to be able to get away from the student body. On top of that, she couldn't stop thinking about Jaken. Ever since he had professed his love for her at the Yule Ball, the Ravenclaw hadn't been able to banish him from her mind. It was torture having to sit with him in class. They had both agreed not to go steady until school was over with, so they both had some hope of passing their NEWTs, but Estrella couldn't say she was purely content with the smiles and hellos. The frustrated teenager found herself often yearning to kiss off the seventh year Slytherin's face just for sanity's sake.

The Head Girl did her usual rounds of the school after class. Where else did she really have to go besides Ravenclaw tower? She didn't want to go to her dorm room, but it was pretty much the only place she could go for a quiet read these days. The girl had purchased many books at work and had not even managed to get through one of them yet. The very thought was ludicrous. A sigh flitted past her lips as she stepped into the sixth floor corridor. It was empty from what she could she. Relieved that she did not have anyone to holler at, she muttered, "Merlin knows I need somewhere to think."

Her eyes narrowed as something moved in front of her eyes. Since when had a door been there? Keeping note of the exact location of her wand, she turned the knob of the door and moved inside. Her eyes widened in surprise as she took in a room with a good selection of comfortable blue armchairs and ornately carved tables. Magical torches bathed the room with a warm, calming light. An almost silly smile decorated her features. She could already feel the stress melting away- there was a lot for her to ponder and this was the perfect place to do it. The Ravenclaw stood in awe, reveling in her luck. People had been trying for years to find the Room of Requirement again, and she was pretty certain that this was it. She hated secrets but this was one she was sure she would keep to herself.
