Eugene had certainly decided to go for an interesting halloween costume. He had just wanted to at least once had a costume that he had really tried with, that was a proper costume. Being Santa though was a little interesting. he had a few presents in his pockets to hand out to people as and when he saw fit. But he was mostly just looking to enjoy himself. Eugene had never really take that much time to do so, but now he was. Specifically so. He was going to have fun.
