Matilda hadn't the faintest idea what was going on - and not just because she was too short to see around anybody. First an explosion, and then being thrust into Matthew's arms. Oh, how mortifying! Her cheeks burned as the Ravenclaw lowered her to her feet. "Thank you," she said, sniffling. "I am a-sorry. I think I will go now. I am not-a good at this party thing. Bye, Matthew." Then, with a stray piece of pepperoni perched on her head like a hat, she began walking back to the castle.
