[Thanatos Van Alstyne]

Absolutely nothing made sense to Thanatos Van Alstyne. Years ago, he was a loner, a very mysterious author that wrote chilling tales that did not make him famous, which was exactly what he wanted, and earned enough to make a living for himself, and himself alone. Until that is, a decade ago, he met with one woman that would inevitably change his entire world. Thanatos could not decide that if he was more miserable now or before. With Katarzyna Snow, he was someone that was trapped in a world that had to involve women and what they wanted. Now, they even lived together, and made it ‘official’ without saying anything. It was a very odd thing, and years later, their first son was born. Sephtis seemed to take after his mother and her temper, opposed to his own. The kid was very handsome though. That was a good thing, since Thanatos did not think that he really looked that well to begin with. Things were a little more complicated now, since Katarzyna was apparently pregnant again. She was not far enough along to even see it, but he was not hearing the last of it. It did not matter though. He was not going to have any more children again. This was too much for him. Sitting down on his bed, he placed his legs in front of him, with his robes still on, and his boots getting some dirt onto the blanket. He placed a pillow behind his back, and closed his purple eyes. He had not heard from his brother in a long time, but he did hear that he got married. If Dylas wanted to be miserable for the rest of his life, might as well take it to the next level.

[Katarzyna Snow]

The first thing Katarzyna noticed upon entering the room, was Thanatos sitting fully-clothed on the bed. Her eyes fell to the dirt on his books and she shook her head. Things were easy to clean with the use of magic, but the thought of dirty shoes being on the bed was enough to drive her up a wall. Walking over, she gently shoved Thanatos' feet off the edge of the bed. "Get your dirty feet off the bed. That's gross." Lately though, Katarzyna found just about everything to be gross. It felt as it every little thing set off her nausea. The other day a cup of yogurt set her off, and that used to be one of her favorite things. Once she was sure he wasn't going to pick his feet back up and put them on the bed just to spite her, she sat down at the end of the bed. Right now she felt a bit tired, as much as she wanted to sleep though, she had to make sure her son stayed out of trouble. Last week he got into trouble for kicking another boy his age. Katarzyna thought the other kid deserved it, but she had to act like she was against violence. As soon as they got back inside, Kitty was the first to tell her son good job, but neck time aim for the face instead of the legs. ​

 

[Thanatos Van Alstyne]

Thanatos felt Kitty come in and shove his legs off of the bed. Now that was rude. Thanatos took out his wand and waved it, and cleaned off the bed, and his boots. He set them back on the bed and looked at her with his purple eyes. "Better?" Thanatos rolled his eyes, and thought that this was going to be a long rest of the year, and the middle of next. He sighed and uttered, knowing that she could hear, "You are such a pain in the ass when you are pregnant. Well, even more so." Thanatos knew that this might spark something. She was normally hormonal anyway. Luckily, she didn't cry. At least, she did not cry with the other one. Sephtis was a such a little snot. He was glad that he had the house without the kid so far. The kid was just so needy. Wanting to kick all the kids, etc. Thanatos smirked a little bit, showing that he was not being mean out of spite, but that was the way that he normally did anyway. Kitty and Thanatos always insulted each other, but went to bed and slept soundly. He woke up several times before with his arm around her or her snuggled to him, only to try to inch away and not want to awake the beast. If anyone was scary when they woke up, it was the woman next to him.​
