Claudia has finally left the dungeons where she was sleeping for almost a decade now. She knew it was time for her to show herself to the students of this wizarding school called Hogwarts. She has toured the whole castle, wandering and wandering. Just as then, she saw a room with many students.

She floated to the room and looked around, finding students from all the Houses talking to each other, laughing and telling stories. "Oh? Everyone being friendly? That's something different." she exclaimed, talking specifically to no one.

Patricia had been doing her homework in the Owlery most days this semester between writing letters to and from her step - mother and half brother and waiting on their replys, she had gotten quite fed up of the stone cold room. So knowing she still had a letter to send off but not wanting to finish it off there she opted for the Students Lounge just a few floors from the Owlery. Entering the room she saw that it was somewhat more busier than usual but Patricia didn't mind the company compared to just the owls in the Owlery. Taking one of the free seats she took out her parchment and other writing instruments she continued writing her letter to Niccy, which was long over due. Hearing a voice from above her she laughed lightly a comment she heard, "It's not that uncommon. We're not in the dark ages any more." she said, not lifting her head from her work.

Claudia looked down at a girl older than the others. She guessed that the girl must be in her 6th or 7th year at Hogwarts. Claudia wasn't sure, she'd been asleep far too long. "Hmm? That would be boring, don't you think?" she asked the girl with her childish voice. "After all, that's why there are different Houses. This school needs competition." The way Claudia talked didn't compliment with how she looks. She sounded like she had many experiences, but her face was as sweet and as youthful as it was a decade ago.

Even though Patricia had yet to lift her head from the letter she was in the middle of writing she could tell that the person she was talking too was young, the voice was very child-like. Upon hearing the girl's words Patricia frowned her eyebrows and stopped mid sentence. Putting down her quill she looked up from her seat, expecting to see some snobbish first year. Although to her surprise (but not too much) she saw a ghost floating over her. "I quite like it to be honest. The only competition I see needed is the competition found in the classroom or on the Quidditch Pitch." she said, voicing her opinion.

Claudia looked to the girl's eyes and then to her uniform. Hufflepuff. Claudia gave a theatrical sigh and floated down to an empty chair, settling down as though she really needed to sit. "As expected from someone in Hufflepuff. I can see that the Sorting Hat can still do its job well." she exclaimed, nodding her head, trying to imagine what House she could have been sorted to if she had been here when she was still alive.

Patricia raised her eyebrows in mild surprise as the ghost let out a sigh, Oh great! It's one of these ghosts she thought as she watched the girl float over to the empty chair beside her, confused as to why...it's not like she could sit down. Hearing her comment about 'Hufflepuff' Patricia rolled her eyes, almost as theatrical as the ghost's sigh. "Yes! The Sorting Hat is doing his job just fine, thank you very much." she said, her annoyance clear in her voice. What was with this school and a lot of the house prejudice that resided within it?

Libby wandered into the student's lounge, a place that had grown on her alot recently. Her eyes instantly catching sit of a Hufflepuff, as it was second nature to her now. She smiled and walked up to the girl. Pat. She'd only spoken to her properly in her first year, and otherwise on the quidditch pitch. "Hi." she gave her a friendly smile. She heard another voice, and turned her head to see a ghost child. Libby jumped slightly, it was odd, sad, for anyone to be a ghost, let alone a child. She was sat in a chair, which looked strange as Libby could still see the seat, but it was normality, she told herself.

Claudia started to swing her legs like a child, singing a lullaby. It was pretty obvious to her that the Hufflepuff girl was offended, though Claudia doesn't know why. It didn't matter, anyway. She doesn't care about anyone now that she's dead.

Just as then, Claudia caught sight of another girl with Hufflepuff uniform. "Oh, another one." she mumbled again with a childish voice and smiled as the girl walked towards them. "Greetings," she exclaimed to the new girl, not really sounding friendly, more like theatrical.
