Hi all,

SO I have been mailing this person in Japan for my dad's visa and stuff. This time I mailed him and I got a message that said as follows:

The original message was received at Sun, 1 Aug 2010 20:50:17 +0900 (JST)
from ksav62.sakura.ne.jp [219.94.192.142]

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<takashima@planning-for.co.jp>
(reason: Insufficient permission)

----- Transcript of session follows -----
maildrop: maildir over quota.
550 5.0.0 <takashima@planning-for.co.jp>... Insufficient permission

I have no idea what that means. And I thought maybe I should resend it or something and thrice I got this same message. Now I have no idea what to do and my father is a computer illiterate so naturally I need some help from my 'home away from home'.

Note: the email of the person I am trying to send the mail is
takashima@rallyjapan.jp and NOT
takashima@planning-for.co.jp like this Mail Delivery Subsystem says!

I will really appriciate all the help I can get. Thankyou :D :)

I believe it mean's that the person you are trying to send to has his/her mailbox full, meaning if he or she was given 2GB of space, they have used it up. They have to delete some email to in order to receive more, or increase the quota of the mailbox.

I would support Hamza's guess as to the cause of this.
For the difference of email address, I would suspect that the email you are trying to send to forwards to the email the return is alerting you about. :)
